Just like everyone has said, the shipping time is ridiculously long. It takes several weeks to get the order. It took about one month to receive my order. When the swimsuits came the were completely unwearable. I ordered mediums. I nomally wear a size 4-6. All of the suits were tiny. They look like they should fit a child instead of an adult woman. The fabric was incredibly cheap. It looked like doll clothing. The design was poor and didn't reflect what is shown in the photos. Some were very difficult to get into other's I couldn't try on at all because of the way they were made. It shouldn't be that much trouble getting into a two piece swimsuit.
There was no invoice with the order. No contact information. Nothing. When I requested to return the items, they told that swimsuits could not be returned. They never informed me of that when I placed the order. I requested a full refund. They refused. First they offered $15, then when I told them I was going to file a complaint with PayPal they offered $25. That was about an 80% refund.
You get what you pay for and this stuff in cheap garbage. If it is too good to be true don't trust it. Lesson learned. It was not worth the time and effort. Don't waste your time ordering this garbage.
I am satisfied with my order, I received it within 10 days and the price is reasonable.
I placed an order over a month ago and have yet to recieve the full order. The items that I did recieve were the wrong size and arrived way past the 3-5 expidited shipping service expectation that I paid in addition. I also never recieved an invoice so I can't return the products. I never recieved an email or update that my order would only be partially filled for whatever reason. It is near impossible to get ahold of anyone from customer service to get your issues resolved. Avoid ordering from them at all costs.

Really, I ask myself what did I really expect from such cheap clothing? I justified it at the time thinking about low wages, exchange rates etc. That in itself is despicable, and I certainly got my just desserts! I was prepared for fabric that looked the part, but would probably feel horrible. After all, I wasn't intending for people to manhandle me. And the fabric did indeed feel horrible but no way did the fabric look anything like the part; pick any part and the fabric did not live up to anything. The workmanship was abysmal and the sizing and fit completely bizarre. I'm a size 10 (don't know what that is in US) and in fact the two dresses (yes, two, how mad was I?!) fitted fine round waist and ribs but the shoulders were a joke. SO tight I could only get them on by raising and rounding my shoulders to resemble the hunchback of Notre Dame. Like a previous reviewer, all I could do was laugh. My appearance was completely ridiculous, and my gullibility even more so. Not worth the time and trouble to send back or complain (which I seriously think must be part of their business model!) so the garments will have to go straight in the recycling. There is no human that shape, believe me. This company's website designers are far more capable than their cutters and seamstresses, who may well turn out to be retired chimpanzees from their horrible zoos. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY unless you want a good laugh and can afford to waste your money.

I waited around 2 and a half months to get my products from the site. The bathing suit was the worst quality i have ever seen and frankly im not sure how they are even still in business. I got two anklets from there that were actually fine. But the bathing suit?! My husband and I sat around laughing at how horrible it was. Will NEVER order from them again.

The item's we received were squashed up really tightly like in a ball. The items tags were cut out leaving blank bits either side. The sizes didn't correspond with anything like we've experienced. They even smelled of being unclean. The quality was the worst we have ever seen.

This company is insane and it is not stopping to create problems to me!
I have just received an invoice from DHL asking from me EUR40 for the CUSTOMS, this in the conditions i have already paid $25 for express delivery in 7 days (China -> Netherlands, Europe).
DHL has informed me that the customs are paid when a package has a value more than $22, and twinkledeals.com declared my package was $24,4. Not to mention my order was in value of $62. Is this black money what they do or what?
They don't inform us about the customs value, nowhere is this written! Why should i pay EUR40 when i have already paid for delivery and products? I was not informed!
I am thinking to sue this company!

Well, like many others, I'm here to complaining about the bad service or even worse, no service at all. I placed my order on Jan 10,2016 and it was shipped to me on Jan 22,2016, in which today MARCH 25,16 I never got it. They sent me an email 3 days ago that my package was returned to them (I don't know why) and they could try to send back to me or refund the money; OF COURSE I WANT REFUND! I've sent several emails answering the same email and nothing. No response back from them. There's no phone number to call, neither a direct email.

I bought two bathing suits from this site and I am beyond satisfied with both of them! The material is great, and the price is so affordable!
I first saw Twinkle Deals on Facebook because some of my friends had liked their page. When I visited the site, all swimwear was roughly 80% off so naturally I looked around. I am going to Hawaii this summer so I have been looking for some cute bikinis. I found two that I really liked and placed the order in late January. I received one order about a week ago (far later than I would have wanted or was warned) and the other was refunded because of lack of supplies. The swimsuit I did receive was much better quality than I could have imagined and it encouraged me to order more.
So far I'm giving this company of three I'm hoping to give it a higher score if I ever receive contact or get a hold of them but if not I obviously will drop it down to a zero. I tried to submit an email asking them for the status of my order and filled it all out unfortunately it was not letting me submit it unless I logged in I do not have my login information I have my order number but not my login and there's nowhere to find your login or get a password sent to you or anything so this point I cannot even contact them. I place my order a few weeks ago I do know that it takes time I ordered from the other side that they are affiliated with and actually have been pleased and love the bathing suit so much that I bought a couple more on this site because the price is great and I knew that it fit and look good on me but now I'm worried that I'm not going to get it after seeing everybody else is reviews and not having contact with them to find out what the status of my order is I should have got a tracking number at least by now I know it takes a few weeks after the tracking number but I should be heading out already getting very frustrated, nervous I'm wondering if I should just go by another suit in a store that I can actually count on?. Just more frustrated that I actually had confidence since thier other stores sent me my product. :(

Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.
