I ordered two dresses i only received one which was total garbage the quality of this clothing is no more than a cheap piece of fabric that tears apart the second you touch its not even worth wasting your money on but you get what you pay for no one wants to get ripped off but thats exactly what will happen if you order from this company.
Terrible quality. Takes forever to actually be shipped and delivery after it is shipped takes some time. I am 16 years old. I had to get bathing suits for a vacation I am going on. I bought some bathing suits and it is absolute crap. The bathing suits look nothing like the pictures on the website, I ordered small for them and they literally fit my 8 year old skinny sister, and the bathing suits I received were delivered in plastic bags wrapped with tape. I receved the first of 3 bikini's. All 3 the same but different sizes. I receved size L but ik looks and fits like an XS! I'm normally a size S so an L should not ben that small! I also ordered andere M and S I think my children dont even will fit in those!
Besides the size issue the material is even worse! It's Blue and pink but looks nothing like the Blue and pink in the picture! Soms of the fabric is even i'n a total different color, instead of Blue they used black which was clearly not the right fabric!
There are open ends and loose threads all over it!

After contacting customer service regarding a return of merchandise, they replied in a timely manner and refunded my purchase to my credit card.
I ordered from Twinkle Deals and, at the time of purchase, was provided a confirmation of a delivery date, which was important as the items were purchased for a vacation. I then received confirmation that my full order shipped... and I received it SIX items short. I have emailed customer service because they do not offer a 24 hotline for people that have issues with their shipments. I will continue to post on the progress of this order here. There is a very small window of opportunity for Twinkle Deals to do the right thing; ship my items overnight at no charge and I fear that this will not happen. Had I read these reviews first, I would have never ordered from this company. My mistake. The good news is, if they do the right thing, I'll also post about that. Fair's fair.
Received a reply to email within 12 hours offering to ship the remaining items or refund my card for the items that were not delivered. I have requested that they refund my card so that I am able to re-purchase the items that were not shipped. I'll let you know how it goes.

Unfortunately a month and a bit after ordering 4 bikinis, and paying for express shipping which was advertised to arrive within 3-5 business days, I still have not received my order. When I review my order, it still says that the order is still processing. After reading these reviews it sounds like I will not only be disappointed in the lack of ordering efficiency, but as well the quality of the product. Based on the false advertisement of this site I can say I will not be ordering from twinkle deals again.

It takes months to get your order, the quality is horrible... I am typically a size 6, and a large bathing suit barely fits a quarter of my body, not to mention the dresses are like shirts. The white material is see through. Save your money you get what you pay for!

I received my order in pieces. When I saw the quality of the first delivery, I attempted to stop the others and send back what I had already received. They keep sending me the merchandise anyway. The quality is horrible and it doesn't even come close to fitting. They have told me to take pictures and send to them. ( of me hanging out of them?) Then it only accepts two pics at a time. At this time, I have gotten no money back and they will not respond. Horrible! This should be illegal!

I ordered 3 items.
2 items arrived 2 weeks after order.
1 items pending.
Then i sen email asking abt the 3rd item. They replied and gave option to wait or to change.
Before i reply for the option, they sent email the next morning saying the 3rd item already shipped out. With blur picture of the package. (The picture of first package containing 2 items was very clear with my name and address.)
SO i conclude, they made it by purpose. They will only 2/3 of ur order and gave excuse of out of stock... then, ignore...

I like Twinkle Deals because of the prices of the items and how cute they are. I also had a problem with the satchel I bought. First thing I got from them. I messaged back and forth and they decided to send me a new bag. Not the first one took a month maybe a tiny bit more. What people have to understand is they have to do the processing of the orders before they are shipped and it does say it could take aprox. 25 days to get certain items. Now I ordered some earrings and necklaces ect. That didn't take very long. I totally didn't expect it. So I checked it out. Some things are shipped from China some from Florida from what I can tell. If you can be patient and if you want to order a gift for a certain date order a couple months early so you know you will have your order. They were very courteous to me even when I was a little snippy to them. Lol I gave 4 stars just because I believe the shipping can be worked on so the items go out faster.
This company is horrible! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! PLEASE LISTEN TO THIS WARNING! I made the HUGE mistake of not looking at reviews before I ordered from them. To make a loooonnng story short it's really really hard for them to "accept" a return from you. It took me over a month and A LOT of documentation for them to accept my return. It's now been over 3 months since I sent my clothes back and still no refund. THIS COMPANY IS FROM CHINA AND MAKES VERY VERY POOR QUALITY CLOTHES. Please please please don't buy from them. You will just be flushing your money down the toilet!

Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.
