I ordered 4 items from them 2 Beautiful dresses I cannot complain the quality is beautiful and great price. BUT the top I ordered is crap. Cheap material does not fit the way it should because it isn't made proper not because it doesn't fit. The color was also wrong. The bathing suit I ordered and waited for for a whole Month after I had already received the other portion of my order, I emailed with concerns and they assured me they would ship out as soon as they could so I waited some more. Then I received an email telling me they were sorry but the item I ordered and PAID for was not available and that I would either have to pick something for the EXACT price or take partial credits and 60points... umm last I checked I paid for my order with no issues why can I NOT get my money back? Especially after service so poor why should I be forced to order again?! After So Many emails (I spent over 70$ and only received 21$ credit and 60pts) and being denied my money I had to settle... I would NEVER recommend this site this is highway robbery/scam for sure! If this wasn't enough to turn you away, how about the additional charges we tend to forget about. Like the ADDITIONAL 25.00$ charge upon delivery that I paid without know I was paying for DISHRAGS!
***UPDATE*** As they mention below, Yes I received an email Yesterday in order to resolve my issue and this is what they offered: 100 points added to my account. For anyone who's shopped twinkledeals knows that that is equivalent to roughly 1.00$. Pick wisely folks.
