I bought a jacket in Zimmereinoll in June, and I never received it. When I contacted them a while after they said they had sent it and I had received it... which is not true... after many inquiries, it turns out they did send it, but to the wrong address, so I never got a notification and the item was returned to sender. I sent them the proof of this from the post deliver but still they're just gaslighting me, not issuing a refund or sending the item again, insisting I have already received it.
They take long answering at my emails, and don't provide solutions. Bad customer care, not a serious company.
Please send the item again or provide a refund.

I ordered several dresses from Twinkledeals.
You have to be very patient because the shipping is a bit slow, I was sent two different packages, one came quite soon, the other one took a bit longer, but everything arrived.
I was a bit surprised when I received the dresses and saw they were not exactly like the ones shown in the pictures and the sizes weren't right and the quality was not as expected. I thought I had bought a really good deal, end of season items at very good prices, but was not completely satisfied with my order.
I contacted the customer service, they answered right away, I explained what happened and they gave me several options to solve the issue. The dialog with the customer service was very fluid and helpful. One option they gave me was store credit, but it didn't fit me well and with great understanding from their part I happily accepted a refund for my order.
