Ordered a lovely white sapphire tennis bracelet from this site, after receiving notification it had been delivered I contacted them to say I had received nothing as yet. After waiting another another 3 wks I heard back to say they were looking into the case. After waiting another two and half months I wrote back again to them and was finally told after another week no refund would be issued, as the seller had a USPS tracking number. No help for me at this end here to try and track that... be aware that their Resolutions Department is as dodgy as anything and unless you keep annoying them you don't even get a response.

I bought several items and all was in good condition. Only had 1 bad experience, I received a ring that was broken, but other wise everything I bought was perfect.
I have had an overall great experience on using the Tophatter ap... You can get some excellent deals - you just have to know approximately what the item is actually worth and refuse to bid above that amount. It is great fun and there have only been a very few items that I was not pleased with and Tophatter has so far stood behind me as a customer with great support staff.
But customer not happy with. Accidentally bid on product. And request to cancel and being asked to pay. Not being removed from acct.
I do not have one item that I ordered that was worth the price. I know items are not expensive, however S & H is pricey enough. Perhaps I am wrong but I still expect quality if that is what is stated. Anything shipped from China is not worth the envelope it comes in. Within 2 weeks of normal wear rings are tarnished and plating completely gone, I ordered sterling silver earrings with white stones and one did not close. I have unsubscribed from your site and would not recommend it to anyone. I also has a hard time to get a &7.00 refund for an item ordered but never received or shipped as even order tracking indicated.
With the auction format, it is hard to review the products that you are bidding on. Not always sure quantity or exactly details of product within the bidding process.
Every thing I have purchased from Tophatter has been exactly as seen in the pictures and I have been pleased with every thing I have bought from this site.
