All of my purchases have arrived early and the one and only problem that I had (which was nobody's fault, I blame the trick or treaters) was resolved in full, in less than 24hrs. I have actually recommended this site to my daughter, which I NEVER do normally

If you do your homework on the items you are interested in you can buy cheaper elsewhere. Tophatter items have incorrect price prior to discounting. Eg: $1,300 now open for bidding at $2 yet the item is only worth $29.95 elsewhere & not $1,300. Don't get sucked in by fast pace bidding.
I've ordered several things and have been thrilled with everything! I can't comment on the return process because I've never needed it lol The products I've purchased seem genuine and of good quality. Clothing DOES run about 2 sizes too small in U.S., tho... just order up and it'll be fine! Love it and it truly is VERY addicting lol

Sent out an item that was in a crushed package and expected this to be ok! Not even close! I have bought several things from here and this is the 3rd item that is a piece of garbage, do yourselves a favor and shop at Amazon! You may pay a little more but at least if there is an issue it won't take 45+ days to resolve an issue. My question is how does a package get lost in China, finally make it to New York and leave the same facility twice in the same day and arrive in Tampa only to leave that same facility three times in a six hour time frame? How can a seller intentionally send a mutilated package and feel no obligation to provide a return label for shipping? I am extremely mad because this was a cool item I won and it isn't even giftable to my boyfriend for Christmas little on an everyday just because gift! I am one who believes stuff can happen but for a 3rd incident? Nope! So long Tophatter, you can keep your JUNK! The seller should be held accountable for this crap! Cool part is the tracking on my home page still shows as "in transit"!

I waited a whole month to receive a ring I bidded and won off the site and I received it and a week later 4 jewels have fallen off... Does anyone know if I can get my money back?... Never again will I go through this site and btw the ring looks like the costume jewelry at Wal-Mart they sell for $5 dollars and less... CHEAP!. CHEAP!... CHEAP!...

Don't get tricked into going into this site where you bid on items for sale. The quality is very poor; shipping charges are outrageous. An item I ordered was much larger than expected then shipped FEDEX. It was just about the same price as the item which is unfit to give as a gift. I am so sorry that I got hooked on this site one night. What a big mistake. It is almost additive as gambling. Don't get pulled in; you will be most dissatisfied. Please take heed.

I purchased a number of items from this site. Many of the items received were damaged due to poor packaging for shipment and not as pictured. The company has no apparent quality control standards and does not provide negative reviews.

Most of the items come from China. Takes weeks to get to you. No way to see where item originates from til after it is shipped, no way to see specific seller ratings. Got a pair of earrings that were PLASTIC!
