I love Tophatter, it is so much fun to see what you can bid & win! I also have bought medical equipment & was able to purchase them for half the price of what they cost in the stores.
The wait time on items is a little slow. What I have received has been good quality. One item couldn't be tracked and another canceled because their stock was damaged.
I have ordered many items for Tophatter and never had a problem until last week. The post office left my package as they say in or around my mailbox. By the time I got home it was not there. I contacted Tophatter the next day and told thme I do not get my package. I didn't want a refund just foe the item to be replaced. Upon their review since the package had a tracking number I am not getting a replacement or a refund or a credit. I am just oit of the money I spent. I have about 7 more things coming I hope I get them all and if so I don't think I will be ordering from the site again.

The photos unfortunately misleading, have to be careful read the fine print before biddding ends up biddding unwanted items when cancelled the order got blocked for a week
I ordered a pair of earrings and I got 1 and not the pair other than that I am very satisfied I gave a pair for Christmas and she loved them
