Exciting new place to bid and get pricey items cheap. But the items you purchase are over priced and you pretty much get what you pay for.
Well I like this Sight but I don't like it when it comes from China because it takes to long to get here and another thing some thing don't come with any help or instrutions so please make sure they do what they are suppose to do
Some items were not shipped on time and still some items have not shipped. Items were small in size. Lots of things did not come with directions or packing slips. Customer support never replied back most of the time. I spent thousands of dollars and it has taken a slow time shipping items. I will do it know more.
I love Tophatter i have had nothing but a great experience with them. The bidding is easy and paying for the item was easy. I was able to track my package to no the day it would be arriving. And it took no time to receive the product. And I am very happy with quality of the products I have recieved there. Thank you Tophatter for such a great experience i look forward to many more.

I like the bidding, its actually kinda fun to see if you can get your favorite item at a steal! 99% of items I've purchased have been just like the picture and when it wasn't, the return process was very easy! I do wish that Tophatter would require the sellers to show jewelry on a person so that we can gauge the size and list the carat size; mm measurements is not helpful in American culture.

I've had most of my orders sent out very fast and a couple others that were shipped way before still haven't arrived. Some things come from China and some outsourced to local states. Overall good app. I enjoy it!
I loved it in the beginning response was great from customer service most items i have reoeved only one was ridiculously cheap the usb lighter from eyenal flames... i also found that the gold filled chain has no stamp stating the ratio pf gold inside 1/20 etcetra so is it really gold fill? Also i tried to pay for two bid items your website had issues and refused my payment and i got grounded for one week it was your fault i worked for hours to fix it but you dropped the ball so its a 50 50 experience so far mostly good i will still be bidding just a little more worried now...
I have open a ticket on these purchases and had no luck. I had 2 last year I never got nor was I refunded my monies. Therefore until I receive my items from my order I will no longer be using this app. I thought my last time things may have changed. Well that does not seem to be the case.
That in combination with my daughter who purchase an item that did not work at all, which was a gift for my granddaughter for xmas, I feel I can spend my time and money else where.
