Seller is a scammer

I ordered something and then returned it and have tracking number.The seller received it back, but refuses to refund my money, so I am out $27. And have no item! Seller is a scammer and should not be able to sell on their site.! I closed my acct. And now can't go in and look at my orders to get and order ID.

A NEVER REC. SCARF

THE SELLER HAD A 1 TRACKING # FOR ALL OF ALL SCARFS ORDERED I REC. 2 AND BOTH WERE DIFFERENT #'S
I DONT KNOW WHAT SHE DID BUT THE BROWN & BLUE SCARFS WERE NEVER REC.
NOW I'M OUT OF THAT MONEY
SHE MUST NOT BE AN HONEST PERSON AND TOPHATTER COULD DO NOTHING BECAUSE OF THE TRACKING BEING A GOOD #... SHE KNOWS SHE DONE WRONG
I'VE EVEN BOUGHT MORE BUT THATS IT FOR ME
I CAN FORGIVE HER
BUT I STILL KNOW I LOST
SELLERS NEED TO BE PUNISHED FOR CRAP LIKE THIS 7 sending wrong sizes & colors

Unfortunately, as you previously stated, because the item had a different tracking number showing delivery to your location a refund could not be issued. Last night I was a on Tophatter for the first time. They give you a $5. Off your first buy soooooooooo I gave it a try. Well ups comes a little bar of pure find silver. The size is 1 gram with a value of $75.00. First thing a gram of pure fine silver is worth. 56 as in 56 pennies look it up yourself. So for $#*!s and giggles I bought it and with my $5.00 off my cost was down to $4. Next up the vendor offered me more bars for $8. But at a real value I did not bite. The next day I got a e-mail from Tophatter tell me I will not get my order the vendor "jewlmen" is now sold out of my bar. Wow yesterday "jewlman" was willing to sale me more bars@ $8.00 and now he is out. Is Tophatter out selling stock they don't have? I think the small order was not worth "jewlmans" time so he canceled the order. Wow this is a fair and honest bidding site right? B. S. Now Tophatter is telling me to please allow 7 days to get my $4 back. Who has my Visa card info the Russians now? All I see Tophatters as a big con game. 1/23/2017

Hi Bill, I'm sorry to hear your seller failed to honor your sale. Sellers refunding without a buyers prior consent is 100% against Tophatter guidelines. When transactions like this occur our system catches it automatically and the seller is penalized. I do see that $10 store credit was applied to your account because of this, as a courtesy. I have been very satisfied with all my purchases until I got the boots I ordered. They have a very strong chemical smell to them. I have had them in the garage for a week to air out. I would like to return them for a refund. I am not sure what the procedure is.

I have had a couple of bids returned yet rhe same seller is still selling the same thing the next day. One was with free shipping so I payed a little more. The other one was cancel the every next day it was a hand held game.
