Some of the products were received quickly. However some of the first ones ordered seem to be stuck in China yet. Also confusion on same tracking #s for different items. Then when contacted about it, somehow items got cancelled or refunded... Enjoy the products that I did receive.

Without spending a fortune, I can quickly order whatever I choose. There is no hassle and very user friendly. If for some reason you are not satisfied, you can return your purchase. I am a return customer.

I would have given this app 5 stars but I will have to be totally honest some of the product or items that are viewed aren't what they are. Meaning when you receive it in the mail it's not at all what the picture or captions stated. I had to return a number of things due to missing parts, false advertising item, item previously opened and re sent, items not working, etc. but all in all I do like this app I will continue to purchase items but now that I know I will take the time to read the item carefully and make sure that the item is what they say they are.

My view of Tophatter

The 90 second auctions are great. Some of the items offered are not very appealing. Some are pretty cool. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate Tophatter a 1o for service and accessibility, but the products offered a 6. But still fun!

Buyer beware

Not all is as it seems. 75% of what I bought was not as advertised. Could have bought better and cheaper on Amazon.
The best thing about Tophatter is the excitement of the auction. But like a carnival booth, you walk away with junk.

Credit card scam

Only place I used my bank card was

Tophatter and $3229. 00 was withdrawn from an ATM in texas from my account and I haven't been to Texas. Someone in the system isn't honest. Beaware that it could happen to you also.

Couldn't put a battery i this flashlight AA to small C to big I think it's missing a battery pack of some kind that hold AAA batterys, can't rate this item until it's fixed or another one is received, the other items I have ordered from Tophatter have been OK

Real bright light and it's motion activated. Yay. W it had two mounting holes,
I think it might move hanging on one screw, that will turn on light giving a false

All made of plastics. All knock off. Smart watches and everything else do not work.
If you do request a refund and they ask you to return it, you will be paying... example... purchased a 7 iPad cost me 27.50 CAD to return it. I paid a lot less than that. IPad cover.

I'm sorry to hear our services didn't meet your expectations.

Tophatter will always process refunds for buyers upon receiving a valid tracking number from them indicating that the order has been returned to the seller. On our platform, refund without return or prepaid return labels are provided to U.S.-based buyers until the buyer hits a threshold for free returns. For internationally located buyers, we provide a refund without return or some store credit to offset some of the cost of returning the item at their own expense until the buyer hits the threshold.

The acceptable return threshold is continuously calculated as a percentage of the buyer's total purchases. Once this threshold has been met, the cost of returning the item to the seller with tracking will be at the buyer's expense. When this happens, it is explained in the email buyers receive when they request a return, that they are responsible for the return shipping cost, and the buyer is provided with the seller's return address to facilitate the successful return of the order.

Unfortunately, you've requested returns in excess of the threshold, and we are unable to provide more free returns at this time.

Tophatter experience

It takes way too long to receive the merchandise. It appears that they want 100 words, how many things can you say about a small flashlight whose beam ends up with a grid when it is in pinpoint mode sort of doesn't make any sense.
