The prices are great and everything I've received so far has been as pictured and as described. Customer service has also been very prompt, helpful and polite. My only problem has been delivery time. I'm am still waiting on some items I've ordered 2 months ago.

Because I've been trying to reach customer support with multiple emails on 2 orders that was supposed to be delivered May 21. Totaling $105 and some change have not received a refund yet nor any responses all I would like is my money back in my bank account if they can't give me the product make something right

My issue is with Tophatter.com which is a 'bidding website' and unfortunately I tried it out and was addicted immediately, and I spent more money than planned. I did bid for items and ordered many things. Initally, I never had to log in, as it took me right to my account.
After 5 weeks bidding I opened the app, and I was asked for my password, which I entered multiple times and I know it was the right one, but I had to click 'forgot password' and a link to reset password would be sent to my email yet it never comes, I tried this step many times in the last week with all disappointing results, I also searched everywhere for a way to contact them and did find one, *******@tophatter.com so I sent an email, stating my issues, and still no response. There is really something wrong with the company.
Now I am getting pretty scared as I am disabled and have to be housebound from the start of pandemic. Just a few days ago, I started a new account so I could email them 'contact us', there was just no other way to contact them. I did get a response right away, but all it was showing how to get info on the bidding site. I am really getting frustrated, scared and anxious, especially since I have many items I'm waiting to get status on as they are all paid for.

I have about 10 items I haven't received I filed disputes on all of them they sent me emails with refund dates and then on the ap they keep changing the refund date to a later date. For example one item I was supposed to get a refund on June 15 now it's saying July first. I ordered the item April 12th and the shipping information hasn't changed at all. I have multiple orders like this with no response to emails from customer service! I wouldn't waste your time or money because there's about a 40% chance of getting your item.
I've ordered several small things in the past from Tophatter, and have been pleased.
Unfortunately, I've ordered 5 more items since March 31,2020, none have moved since ordering. Today is June 13.
2 of the 5 no longer have tracking numbers.

Used to enjoy this app and jewelry nice but as of late, quality of the product has gone down, delivery doesn't happen when they say it has and its impossible to get in touch with customer service. I purchased many items and was charged for them and haven't received most of what I ordered. Getting refunded is like pulling teeth.

Answer: Justin you are absolutely correct. I find out the hard way. I had my own auction with nice AUTHENTIC designer items and cosmetics (Becca, Cargo, Smahbox, Too Faced, etc). I lost big time. $40 Cargo palette sold for $10; it cost me $15. Items that I started higher to cover my cost never sold. I still had to pay fees for the item being listed. A $200 Calvin Klein purse sold for $20; it cost me $80 wholesale. Run!
Answer: If you end up buying a few items from the same seller they can do a combined shipment but you rarely get the same buyer items since they only let the sellers sell 10 items a day. It is different for the sellers that have their own auctions.
Answer: You will notice the same names no matter the day, time etc. Bidding against you very often. Is it a coincidence? Personally I don't believe in coincidences.
Answer: Depends on what you are selling. Yes, a lot of items go unsold in the jewelry and accessories categories... as well as others. Coach and Michael Kors and other designer brands, not much goes unsold, because here's the catch - - you pay fees on the starting bid. TH wants everything to start at $1. So you get punished if you start higher as to not get screwed by a low purchase price. Say you buy a designer bag for $120. If you start that bag at $100, you're already paying over $10 in fees. **IF** you can manage to sell it for a profit, there are still the commission and bank fees. If you start it at $1, you're barely paying any listing fees but it might only sell for $80 (or less!). So, less fees, but you lost your ass on the item. It's messed up. Most sellers have put in their time to see if they can make a profit or to see if TH will change, but they all seem to end up leaving. I'm convinced the only ones who stay to sell there are the counterfeit or crappy quality sellers who are buying items for next to nothing, because that seems to be the only way to make a profit there these days. I would go the ebay route if you're looking to sell.
