I like the items i have received true to name and its fun bidding for your purchases

So far I have been pleased with my items they have.

I'm new to using Tophatter in the past couple months. I like the ease of using their website and making payments. I like NOT having to buy bids and the unique items sellers offer. I LOVE that so many sellers offer free shipping!

I understand shipping is going to delayed because of Covid-19 however, when 3 months go by without any tracking information has me quite concerned. Especially when the delivery date keeps getting extended instead of just issuing a refund.

Its a good site but wait time is to long to get your items

I love this site, low prices on high quality items and some things come sooner then expected...

Read the description and reviews carefully. Don't bid more than you're willing to spend. There are a lot of repeat auctions where you can win an item cheaper. Fairly fast based on item.

Shipping times are to long, makes me not want to order from Tophatter. Some things are okay, some not

I really like Top Hatter, you find the items you need, wish for and past items needs that might have slipped memory. Top Hatter is fun and competitive, putting bitters against each other in a auction format.
Pros: Very fun at the 5 Star Level.
Cons: 3 regarding shipping on some items which falls on the seller not Top Hatter!

I have ordered maybe 5 items and 3 have been unusable, with one being earrings that the post is flat on and one being an electronic item that would not charge. I did not say dissatisfied only because you rectified the items I reported. However, I cannot continue to get my hopes up after waiting for so long and them receive faulty items even if they are not expensive.

I'm somewhat satisfied with the service response I've received. I know we have all been impacted by COVID 19, and you all have been doing your best. I've just had too many (>10) incidents that I've had to report. Your dealers need to be screened in some way or rated.
