I have really had a blast shopping on Tophatter sometimes products arrive late but it's always a good surprise to find a package in the mail they are very good with their refund process and guarantee all products I've shared this app with many friends they all love it thanks Tophatter for my deals

Items are slow even for the problems the country is having at this time. Sellers don't seem to care about their products like they are dealing with one time buyers, a fair amount of the product is junk, maybe that is why they don't care how they ship it. On the other I have had the pleasure of dealing with people who do care and take pride in their product and the handling of the same. YOU ASKED
I love the prices I have gotten on items. The arrival times go from quick to a couple of months. Several times I have been refunded my money because the vendor decided not to send the item after a few weeks. It is frustrating to not receive items I have bid on and won. Tophatter's policies have gotten my refunds though.
Tophatter is a great place to shop they are always thinking of the shoppers happiness and satisfaction I will shop there always

I have just started using Tophatter and I am enjoying the items (that came in faster than expected) that I purchased. Everything is in good working order and fits just right.
I bid on many items. If I am not successful, I will wait and bid on the item the next time it comes up. I have seen items go beyond $20.00 and have seen the same item go for $2.00 on a later bid. Just be patient.
About 95% of items are as they are shown in the photos but there is 5% that are not. You need to read before bidding or you may end up with something totally different than what is in the photo that they have for the auction. TOPHATTER is GREAT about refunding though.
I have had an issue with 2 purchases. 1- A headlamp that had no rechargeable batteries included (where do I find these) and no charger (and where do I find this item) with the purchase. Now, had they sent IN THE BOX ALONG WITH THE ITEM, where I could get these items I would not have been so damned pissed off about it, but, when I get an item and it has none of the parts listed in the box, the LEAST that could have been done BY the seller, is to have a list of sellers that HAVE these items for sale, so I could USE the damned thing! When this happens, you get someone like me, that has misgivings about Top Hatter NOT reviewing the types of sellers that sell on their web site. 2- The second was an bid that I WON. It was an RC 4X4, that was won for $8.50. & FREE SHIPPING. 2 months had passed and your folks had no idea where it was. After the 3rd month, I got a refund. I was fine with that, but then I see the SAME ITEM from the SAME SELLER, that was listed with a $35.00 Shipping Fee! WHY did I NEVER receive the order? I have a damned good idea, they NEVER shipped it, let YOU folks give me the refund, made ME wait 3 months for that refund and THEN they added a $35.00 shipping fee! IF THEY ARE GOING TO SELL AN ITEM, AND THEY GET LESS THEN WHAT THEY FEEL IT IS WORTH, THEN THEY SHOULD TAKE IT UP THE $#*! AND NOT MAKE ONE OF YOUR BUYERS AND TOP HATTER PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE! Once again, this falls to Top Hatter for not making sure that their sellers are reputable!
I ordered a nightlight and never received it, I contacted customer service and they said it was delivered and they wouldnt refund me... still havent received the product. Ordered game console and it was never delivered, I was given credit for it. So they kept my money and gave a site credit. I have 6 items to be delivered, but I am discontinuing using this site. They are scammers
