Everything went well, until I tried to pay for the order. Your order page was not clear on where to go to get the payment done. Then, after I got it to do what I needed it to, it tried to tell me that the regular shipping method was wrong, and I had to use the 24.00 shipping. I reset my email address & the page, and it went to the 8.99 shipping and finished the sale. This mistake makes it look like a tactic used by unscrupulous sites trying to earn more cash, by having customers overpay for their shipping costs. You may want to have your web guys check that out. This is why I gave only 3 stars, but, I DID leave a tip! Thank you for your time, I hope my wife will LOVE your products. If she does, I will fill out the other star ratings/products listed below, but until she does, I can't do that. Maybe an email hyperlinked to the site would be better then having me grade something my wife or I have yet to try.

I have had an issue with 2 purchases. 1- A headlamp that had no rechargeable batteries included (where do I find these) and no charger (and where do I find this item) with the purchase. Now, had they sent IN THE BOX ALONG WITH THE ITEM, where I could get these items I would not have been so damned pissed off about it, but, when I get an item and it has none of the parts listed in the box, the LEAST that could have been done BY the seller, is to have a list of sellers that HAVE these items for sale, so I could USE the damned thing! When this happens, you get someone like me, that has misgivings about Top Hatter NOT reviewing the types of sellers that sell on their web site. 2- The second was an bid that I WON. It was an RC 4X4, that was won for $8.50. & FREE SHIPPING. 2 months had passed and your folks had no idea where it was. After the 3rd month, I got a refund. I was fine with that, but then I see the SAME ITEM from the SAME SELLER, that was listed with a $35.00 Shipping Fee! WHY did I NEVER receive the order? I have a damned good idea, they NEVER shipped it, let YOU folks give me the refund, made ME wait 3 months for that refund and THEN they added a $35.00 shipping fee! IF THEY ARE GOING TO SELL AN ITEM, AND THEY GET LESS THEN WHAT THEY FEEL IT IS WORTH, THEN THEY SHOULD TAKE IT UP THE $#*! AND NOT MAKE ONE OF YOUR BUYERS AND TOP HATTER PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE! Once again, this falls to Top Hatter for not making sure that their sellers are reputable!
