I wouldn't even give them a 1. This is crap unauthorized purchase on my card can't get a refund didn't get the item and they don't call you. It says I got item but no, asked for a refund but I have to send item that I didn't receive to get a credit not even money back...
I have purchased approx. 30 items in the last 6 months, some arrive in a timely fashion 50% get lost in shipping limbo either they got stalled in Korea or lately DHL Ecommerce. Why?

Purchasing is easy but shipments take forever and some never come through but they mark delivered some shipments however come in a timely manner and it is nice when that happens. Depends on the vendor I guess.
Lol I find it hilarious I had no issues with Tophatter until I complained. Then everyone said they will kick you from their platform and that's exactly what happened. I won a bid and the seller said wrong address, because the bid was too low and gave me credit. Then when I asked customer service they banned me from the all.
Tophatter is a lot of fun. Some items are really great and and others not so much, but for the price it's worth the risk. Even when something doesn't work out, their customer service has been very responsive and will happily return and/or refund anything.
I guess I order to many things at once, I am Christmas shopping I am home bound medical issues. I love your site and spend a lot of time on it looking and buying. My issues don't seam o get settled so I keep the items and just keep going on. I even tried to send some ear rings that I got 5 pair for back to be repaired they arrived with stones out of mountings and I have heard nothing from the seller and no ear rings for Christmas Real stupid I know but i didn't know what else to do. I have e-mailed you about things and even given you my phone number and nothing I am to old and sick to fight about this so I just pray to GOD things will work out. Thanks for what you do do to help. I like the site but shipping is very slow. When we bid we want the item yesterday. It's tough waiting 4-8 weeks or more!

For the most part I have liked the things that I have won, but there are a few things that did not meet standards, and I have said that I didn't like them. I love getting on and seeing the different things you have to post, and bidding with other people.
DON'T buy wigs here unless you are buying it for a child-sized head! China sellers expect YOU to pay the return shipping for you to get a refund for them! That cost more than it's worth. You get STIFFED. Some items were very cheap and below standard. Slow. Many of those were refunded, which is good. ALSO, if the seller puts the wrong address on the package and it gets delivered to Kansas instead of SC, YOU ARE STIFFED. I bought about 160 items. I was having a BALL, until I wasn't. The reality is that you may be disappointed with some of this stuff. There are some items I will never bid on again. Bid 3 sizes larger than you normally wear. Don't expect nice cotton. Cheap materials. Needless to say, I am not bidding on much anymore there. Many are pictured made to look larger than they actually are. Look at the ratings! To be fair, I have received some good items that I am happy with.
Everytime I get on the site I get stuck, I am addicted to the bid and it doesn't take forever for me to receive my product once it ships
Well, the fun I had doing bidding was great. The thrill of victory. I dont like when I pay for something and its not in good condition or cheap. You all handle refunds somewhat crazy. Those refunds should be returned to a customers credit card instead of you keeping it here. What happens to that money when that person stops bidding.

I have several complaints first I order 2 watches on 1 order and the second order I ordered 1 watch and I received only 2 watches. The next order of insulated lunch boxes shows a picture of 3 pieces and I only received 2 pieces in 1 order. I have ordered a total of 3 different orders of lunch boxes only received 1 order by the invoices of my order is saying they delivered 2 of the 3 orders thats incorrect. I haven't got a response yet but everyday I get something to say please rate your items and your experience. When my problems get address then I can write a real review. I have sent messages to customer support 2 or 3 times already and that's not business like

Answer: Justin you are absolutely correct. I find out the hard way. I had my own auction with nice AUTHENTIC designer items and cosmetics (Becca, Cargo, Smahbox, Too Faced, etc). I lost big time. $40 Cargo palette sold for $10; it cost me $15. Items that I started higher to cover my cost never sold. I still had to pay fees for the item being listed. A $200 Calvin Klein purse sold for $20; it cost me $80 wholesale. Run!
Answer: If you end up buying a few items from the same seller they can do a combined shipment but you rarely get the same buyer items since they only let the sellers sell 10 items a day. It is different for the sellers that have their own auctions.

Answer: Depends on what you are selling. Yes, a lot of items go unsold in the jewelry and accessories categories... as well as others. Coach and Michael Kors and other designer brands, not much goes unsold, because here's the catch - - you pay fees on the starting bid. TH wants everything to start at $1. So you get punished if you start higher as to not get screwed by a low purchase price. Say you buy a designer bag for $120. If you start that bag at $100, you're already paying over $10 in fees. **IF** you can manage to sell it for a profit, there are still the commission and bank fees. If you start it at $1, you're barely paying any listing fees but it might only sell for $80 (or less!). So, less fees, but you lost your ass on the item. It's messed up. Most sellers have put in their time to see if they can make a profit or to see if TH will change, but they all seem to end up leaving. I'm convinced the only ones who stay to sell there are the counterfeit or crappy quality sellers who are buying items for next to nothing, because that seems to be the only way to make a profit there these days. I would go the ebay route if you're looking to sell.
