Some items I never received but was told they were shipped. No replacement or refund offered. Got great deals on alot of things. Some things were very cheaply made, luck of the draw I guess.

It has been a bit and miss with me when it comes to Tophatter. A few items I have purchased have been terrific, while others have been tremendously less than stellar. I do not recommend purchasing anything that has an "As Seen on TV" icon, as they are lower quality knock-offs to the actual item. I have experienced this 100% of the time and consider it false advertisement. This being said, I do give Tophatter two thumbs up for their 30-day return policy.
Take so long to receive items get credits instead of receiving your money back

I love the items. I really do... and I love bidding...(but)... shipping out items and receiving them, is TOO long?. I have almost 40 items out there. That hasnt arrived yet... truthfully. The shipping is just too long... I've ordered stuff almost a month ago, and never got it yet. This is crazy. Too wait that long for your item... u guys charge my card fast though?. I dont shop on wish.com. For this exact reason. And like I sed. I love ur items. Bidding is fun. On top of that your website is hella slow... it sometimes takes 3 minutes. To bid on something. Becuz it keeps freezing up... and when I wanna check my orders?. It takes so long to get there. And its NOT my phone... so. I'm sorry to say. Ill. Prob not be shopping on here too much longer...

TopHatter is a fun auction website with a wide variety of products and price range. Not all products live up to expectations, which is predictable, but TopHatter has always quickly responded to my concerns or comments. I enjoy surfing TopHatter and know that I will be treated fairly and quickly.
I love being able to read about the product before I bid on it. I like how if you aren't satisfied you can return it.

It provides a marketplace for vendors to sell their goods for as much or as little as possible. It's like a flea market. I get system problems at times while bidding, but it's not often.
I like the products I have received. Two of my items were shipped to the wrong State. Shipping takes too long. Some Sellers refund money, instead of shipping item.
Some items are not what I expected but they always try to make it right immediately! Great company to deal with.
So I won 8 auctions on this site I have only received 2 of them now going on four months. When you put in a claim tophatter makes you wait another month for a refund.So I did some research and found that most of the item up for bid you can find on wish.com for the same or lower price and hey guess what if you order from wish you get your item usually within 6 weeks. Using a site like Tophatter where they use 3rd party sellers usually turns out bad the sellers are not honest and take your money. I wish I could give less than a 1 star rating because I would.My advice to you buy direct from wish.com
