Quite often an item will not match its description when it arrives and often the size is much smaller than pictured. Also a completely different item will arrive than what was ordered.
You canceled one of my orders because the seller says my address is unverifiable even though I have received many packages at this address. Then after writing an email you The first email The status changed on the statement like I was some idiot who didn't screen shoot everything. Then you send me another email letting me know that I was refunded 2 hours after the first so my money is in limbo because you don't have a customer service and still no one has reached out to fix the problem. I'm gonna finish paying for the last few items I have and completely delet your app you hold us customers to standards that you don't hold your sellers to. If I won an auction and paid in full in a timely manner the seller should be held accountable for making sure I get my item not just cancel because the item sold to low at auction as seems to be the case here

I like this web site as well as WISH. This one allows you to bid on an item or save as a reminder to do so later or buy it out right. That being said, it is hard to win a bid because some items are bid by people to get the money up higher. There isn't a way to keep tract of your bid and continue to look at other items at the same time. As for prices, they are fair and as far as the quality of the products, buyer beware. Read the description and not so much the picture.

This company shows you great products, but at most they are dollar store items, and their shipping is ridiculous, i ordered on small light up drawing table back in May and still have not received it and they wont refund me for what i paid, which was $15.90. I keep messaging them about my products and they just say i have to wait even longer, when tracking says it hasnt moved from its current destination since July. So If you expect to get something quick from them do not waste your money unless you live in their country.

I ordered 12 different items from this store. Ive returned all but two items. The two I didnt return were the only ones that matched the description and were worth the price. I really dislike the Tophatter credit because it forces me to keep shopping here or lose my money. I do not recommend

Answer: Justin you are absolutely correct. I find out the hard way. I had my own auction with nice AUTHENTIC designer items and cosmetics (Becca, Cargo, Smahbox, Too Faced, etc). I lost big time. $40 Cargo palette sold for $10; it cost me $15. Items that I started higher to cover my cost never sold. I still had to pay fees for the item being listed. A $200 Calvin Klein purse sold for $20; it cost me $80 wholesale. Run!
Answer: If you end up buying a few items from the same seller they can do a combined shipment but you rarely get the same buyer items since they only let the sellers sell 10 items a day. It is different for the sellers that have their own auctions.

Answer: Depends on what you are selling. Yes, a lot of items go unsold in the jewelry and accessories categories... as well as others. Coach and Michael Kors and other designer brands, not much goes unsold, because here's the catch - - you pay fees on the starting bid. TH wants everything to start at $1. So you get punished if you start higher as to not get screwed by a low purchase price. Say you buy a designer bag for $120. If you start that bag at $100, you're already paying over $10 in fees. **IF** you can manage to sell it for a profit, there are still the commission and bank fees. If you start it at $1, you're barely paying any listing fees but it might only sell for $80 (or less!). So, less fees, but you lost your ass on the item. It's messed up. Most sellers have put in their time to see if they can make a profit or to see if TH will change, but they all seem to end up leaving. I'm convinced the only ones who stay to sell there are the counterfeit or crappy quality sellers who are buying items for next to nothing, because that seems to be the only way to make a profit there these days. I would go the ebay route if you're looking to sell.
