Some things are not as seemed on pictures on site, and sizes some are ok, something are not correct. On one order, a tee shirt, ordered a 5X for a 3X- 300 lbs man... was very small even I couldn't wear it and I'm a XL in women's size. Another issue was I expected to be cotton, came in as silk.
Their jewelry is good quality, no problem with the many I have ordered.

Therapeutic!

For me, bidding on jewelry at the Tophatter website, is oddly satisfying. It fulfills my fantasy. I can shop like I'm a millionairess and buy buy buy. Not to mention, about 90% of items I have gotten I sincerely like. I even order for my grand daughter. I like to surprise her and the look in her eyes is the best feeling in the world. Doesn't honor sales

I recently bid on and won the bid on patches for weight loss only to have the order cancelled. Then I saw that you are still selling the product on your website. All sales should be honored.

Love the site, simple and effective... It's easy to win an auction and I've never had an issue with the items not being delivered. Sometimes it takes a while to receive them, but most things do coming from china

It's decent

At times it doesn't accept bids and I tend to miss items. Plus some of the items are cheaply made but some is decent for price.

Most of the time I am satisfied with Tophatter. It is difficult to shop for special occasions and seasonal merchandise because of shipping delays. Return and refund policy is very good. Sizes are hard to judge, but overall I have been satisfied with items I purchased. Prices can't be beat! Thank you.

I love this site compared to wish. This sites Customer Service is real life people. Wish takes your money, hold it for 14 days before they refund it( drawing interest), no one reads your response to their computer generated mssgs.

Cheap quality
