I fell in love with this website from the first day! I love the fast paced bidding, they are very good about following up on orders shipped and Returns are very easy. I am completely hooked on Tophatter!
Some things are not as seemed on pictures on site, and sizes some are ok, something are not correct. On one order, a tee shirt, ordered a 5X for a 3X- 300 lbs man... was very small even I couldn't wear it and I'm a XL in women's size. Another issue was I expected to be cotton, came in as silk.
Their jewelry is good quality, no problem with the many I have ordered.

Most of the time I am satisfied with Tophatter. It is difficult to shop for special occasions and seasonal merchandise because of shipping delays. Return and refund policy is very good. Sizes are hard to judge, but overall I have been satisfied with items I purchased. Prices can't be beat! Thank you.

Sometimes you feel like a nut, sometimes you actually get what you ordered. It's very hit and miss. Make sure to read the fine print on an item before you bid!

I love this site compared to wish. This sites Customer Service is real life people. Wish takes your money, hold it for 14 days before they refund it( drawing interest), no one reads your response to their computer generated mssgs.

I love the site. I love bidding. My only critique is the products sometimes takes long to be delivered. Don't get me wrong. If the shipping takes long. They will refund your money. Its just that, you win and want what you've bidded on
Overall the experience is good. I would have given 5 stars but the seller(Tablet) has let me down twice. One product never showed up and the other was damaged. Poor company

Answer: Justin you are absolutely correct. I find out the hard way. I had my own auction with nice AUTHENTIC designer items and cosmetics (Becca, Cargo, Smahbox, Too Faced, etc). I lost big time. $40 Cargo palette sold for $10; it cost me $15. Items that I started higher to cover my cost never sold. I still had to pay fees for the item being listed. A $200 Calvin Klein purse sold for $20; it cost me $80 wholesale. Run!
Answer: If you end up buying a few items from the same seller they can do a combined shipment but you rarely get the same buyer items since they only let the sellers sell 10 items a day. It is different for the sellers that have their own auctions.

Answer: Depends on what you are selling. Yes, a lot of items go unsold in the jewelry and accessories categories... as well as others. Coach and Michael Kors and other designer brands, not much goes unsold, because here's the catch - - you pay fees on the starting bid. TH wants everything to start at $1. So you get punished if you start higher as to not get screwed by a low purchase price. Say you buy a designer bag for $120. If you start that bag at $100, you're already paying over $10 in fees. **IF** you can manage to sell it for a profit, there are still the commission and bank fees. If you start it at $1, you're barely paying any listing fees but it might only sell for $80 (or less!). So, less fees, but you lost your ass on the item. It's messed up. Most sellers have put in their time to see if they can make a profit or to see if TH will change, but they all seem to end up leaving. I'm convinced the only ones who stay to sell there are the counterfeit or crappy quality sellers who are buying items for next to nothing, because that seems to be the only way to make a profit there these days. I would go the ebay route if you're looking to sell.
