Pleasantly Suprised

I am pleasantly suprised with this app. I have only been a member for approximately 2 months, but i have bid and won items a few times. Never bid on clothing as im a little confused on sizing (im one of those awkward sizes) so that has left me reluctant to do so. I have ordered the acrylic nail set and have loved it, the only thing i would say is the initial picture shows more items than you actually get, but after reading the description it comes with everything listed. Also it does get abit annoying when so many people bid on the items you want, always try to get things for low prices as during the recent coronavirus outbreak i have been a little short on money, but i suppose thats the whole fun of this App. The one negative ive notices is when i love products and it doesnt save, would be good to have a reminder to show you when the product is coming live, and also when you love a particular item it should do it throughout the sellers and not just for that particular seller. I have really liked the app and experience, had issues with my first order because i put the wrong postcode and the seller changed it no fuss. I have recommended this app to friends and family :). would give 5 stars but everything has rfoom for improvement.

Purchased an item a so called robotic sweeper it turned up and its cheap nasty crap that they cant sell on ebay as it is not fit for purpose and may as well through in the bin basic childs bump and go toy with a piece of felt on the bottom
Oh you can get a refund but thats more hassel than its worth and you have to send said piece of crap back at you expense which will cost the same as the product itself complete joke cant speak to anybody at tophatter get run around in circles

Now I personally really believe & think that you guy's should actually be monitoring your third party vendors a litter Mo bettarh. Because would've that help make a more smoother process especially when someone winning a bid in finding out it isn't what they seem or win recently with there products posted. Now with that being continue business as usual continue why making those sensible choices online congrats why win-win-win

Empty promises

On 6/5/2020 I bid on and won an item, paid for it. Delivery was supposed to be on 7/26. Did not happen. Reported no delivery, got new date of 8/7.No delivery and no refund as promised. Also no response to inquiries. There is no customer service number to talk to anyone. I see why. I do not know how they got to be the number one auction site.In my opinion, they are nothing more than crooks. I will not use Tophatter again unless they give me a refund and should give more because of the laxness of the business.

A thermometer and a blood oximeter I recieved were well made. Pictures of a lot of the jewelry and other things are very deceptive. The pictures looks nothing like the cheap object recieved. Some descriptions are unintelligible. It looks like every english word they could find is in the description.
