Biddind is easy and the items are cheap. But the price and producks seem cheap. But the walkeytalkies semm good for te price. I will be more careful about what I get.

Items look great until received from china, sure have a large decribtion made in china

Read the descriptions and reviews! Photos are grossly manipulated and many items are much smaller or lower quality than shown. Sometimes quantities are misleading. At the right price they can still be a deal but use caution.

Several items were never mail or mailed a low quality one, in particular, I bought 2 computers, 1 they send me a very inferior peace of junk and the second never arrive and they did not put my money back on my card. Considering filling a formal report.

I won several items that were without any sort of instructions, damaged, wrong items received, so I asked what to do with them. I received a return lable for one of the items with no way to print it. I would have to ship these things back in a box or big postal envelop and I would need a return lable mailed to me or something with a return label on it.

You guys have a good thing going on here. Fells good to outbid and get items for half the cost.

I have really loved using Tophatter to get great deals. I have seldom been disappointed and with the buyer security, you can return an item for a refund or get credits. I think it is a wonderful platform.

The majority of Tophatters products r great. Every now and then... I may get an item tht I have bid on tht is way... too small... and w/o instruction and or maybe a piece of one of the items tht goes w the particular item is missing. And sometimes I may get a electronic; speaker tht starts out wrking for a few mins. Then... it no longer wrks.

I have gotten so many great deals from Tophatter! If my package arrives damaged or doesn't meet my expectations they give a full refund. Plus it's fun bidding to win there items.

I bid on a charger that has 5 slots for your items to charge an I spent money for nothing! It's not universal, it has two round proges, you can't use in the USA

Easy to bid on items and a great assortment of things to bid on, I wish the delivery time was a little shorter but most things come from China. So far the things I purchased are of good quality.

Great products, Needs to work on receiving the items sooner

I ordered two items. Both items ended up being sent to an address i didn't know, on the other side of town. They blamed me for the error, refused any refunds and then stopped responding to my emails.

They send out garbage then u stuck with it will cost u to much to send back to China so I have to stop bidding this company sellers do not care what they sell. Disappointed with

They show you the false delivery dates till you will the the dates jumps about 2 months later the it initially showed.
I ordered few items 1 says delivered after 2 months wait but 3 weeks later still waiting.
Other items their delivery status has been stuck 17th August and now its Sep 10 still not updated so God knows where my orders are at.
