Thing are not away the way they are posted. But they have refunded me my money on product that are low equity. But other I come just as president. I do like this site.

I have been buying stuff from Tophatter for a long time and some were beyond my standards and some were not I mean in some cases, I had quality problems, but later they replaced the product when I tried to contact the customer executive. I would really appreciate the customer service they provide.

Jewelry most of the time are either never sent or I never receive or the wrong item

I have bought alot of items. They are starting to come in on delivery. I'm finding that most items are cheaply made. I hope the get better.

My experience has be great besides few times not getting all my order. Also the quality of orders few times was did it look like order smaller. But overall am very pleased with tophatter wish orders would come faster because i travel for my job other then that i recommend tophatter to everyone

It's addictive because the deals and bidding is so much fun.

Overpriced items that when received are usually missing parts or don't come at all. They do not correct the missing parts and expect you to send item back in a third of the time it took for it to be received or you don't get your money or item. Total scam!

My packages did not arrive when they said and I have not received my last package I have checked the post office and it is still not there

It's FUN, exciting when I win with my bids. Items ship quickly. Item for the most part are exactly as pictured.

When multiple colors and sizes, it would be nice when filling out the payment page, a description of item (size, color, which number belongs to which item, and an owner manual included with item)

I really enjoy bidding on things and Tophatter has a huge selection. Return Policy needs to be fixed but overall, I'm happy with this app

Ordered a few items from tophatters which I am disgusted with tried to return items was refused. I ordered a tapestry what I received was a 12" by 18" square cloth with two cheap clips to hang it with I lived in Germany I know what a tapestry looks like. Ordered some Troy ounce. 999 silver and it turned my skin green all tophatters sell is junk from China

Dont get all uour parts for an item, always no batteries. Not enough children clothes and gifts for 4 and up yo men sizes. Never send your money back to your credit catd they only give you tophatter credit to buy more junkies pieces like there sweepers robots they are so cheaply made dont pick up dquat and no refunds when you complain. They need better quality to auction.

It was great and I love the things you sell. I can get great things at a good price that I would recommend you to anyone looking for great products for them and/or friend

A great site with a varied amount of product to choose from. A search can also be narrowed to certain categories.

I have received many items. 90% of them meet or exceed expectations. The few that did not were immediately refunded. They stand behind their word and I appreciate that.

I like most of what I've seen so far but some items are really different than pictured.

For the most part my experience has been a good one!

So far it's been a great experience. No problems at all and if so it's easily fixable with Tophatter.
