I received it today the floor sweeper 29/09/20 going by the photo this one had a what looked like a white lambs wool around the bottom of the machine. When I picked it up the package was very damaged. It was very small, I purchased it for my friend. She was very excited until we un boxed this item. There is a piece split and a dent on the top of it. I was so embarrassed for her, I said no way would any one would buy one of these if they new what they are like. It was $ 24.23 not a lot but a large amount when on the pension. I please ask you to contact me or send me a contact number for you. And we will discuss this matter further. There is a lot of deceiving advertisements but that should not be held against Tophatter overall. I just opened a tablet that has no instructions. It cost too much not to be able to use it. Not sure what to do yet. But I do love Tophatter.
I had a tough time getting my money returned since tophatter cancelled my order with no explanation (yet same product still listed for sale) then, Tophatter put credit on my account rather than returning it via the method I used, i. E., PayPal. It took a lot of effort but I finally got my credit.
I have 29 items that should have showed up by now and I have to wait over a month to ask for a refund. There is no phone number for customer service. I'm feeling very ripped off

My first two orders came in good time packages well. I'm still waiting to see if the meds are doing it's job. I don't think I order anything else until the next 2 orders arrive
They are great for accept for a few items that they send without asking the person if they want a exchange for the item that they purchased or that they purchased the item and they ship the in correct item that you purchased a certain color or wanted a certain color but they sent a color that you did not ask for or that they send earrings that the back of the post where bent and afraid of fixing them because the back may break by trying and never have the time to send them back to Tophatter. I will wait and see if I can get them fixed first. Otherwise they are good for certain products but it takes forever for delivery and the bidding is fun until the bids go really high.
Items purchashed are all pretty good... jewelery is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! Other items are all great. Just a couple were not up to par... but thats OK. Some items I paid for THREE and only got one... so no one to call at Tophatter. Its ok... really too much trouble to either RETURN something or wonder where the OTHER two out of three are? And why 3 werent shipped TOGETHER... ALL IN ALL>>>LOVE TOPHATTER! Cant go back to other sites cause they are just NOT THAT MUCH FUN! So THANK YOU!

Much of the jewelry is not as described and not gold other items are cheaplyade and not worth the trouble I also got double billed for over $108.00 dollars
There was a lot of items that went to and old address and i haven't to this day got my money back or the item. I have wrote to you on a number of times and still haven't got satisfied.

My first time on Tophatter I won a tablet and fitness watch and a gorgeous ring and a stunning rope chain necklace. I was so happy that I won them. So the next day I won a floor robot vacuum another necklace I got for my brother and another tablet for my nephew. Plus a few other thing's I am hooked on Tophatter bigtime. Answer: Justin you are absolutely correct. I find out the hard way. I had my own auction with nice AUTHENTIC designer items and cosmetics (Becca, Cargo, Smahbox, Too Faced, etc). I lost big time. $40 Cargo palette sold for $10; it cost me $15. Items that I started higher to cover my cost never sold. I still had to pay fees for the item being listed. A $200 Calvin Klein purse sold for $20; it cost me $80 wholesale. Run!
Answer: If you end up buying a few items from the same seller they can do a combined shipment but you rarely get the same buyer items since they only let the sellers sell 10 items a day. It is different for the sellers that have their own auctions.

Answer: Depends on what you are selling. Yes, a lot of items go unsold in the jewelry and accessories categories... as well as others. Coach and Michael Kors and other designer brands, not much goes unsold, because here's the catch - - you pay fees on the starting bid. TH wants everything to start at $1. So you get punished if you start higher as to not get screwed by a low purchase price. Say you buy a designer bag for $120. If you start that bag at $100, you're already paying over $10 in fees. **IF** you can manage to sell it for a profit, there are still the commission and bank fees. If you start it at $1, you're barely paying any listing fees but it might only sell for $80 (or less!). So, less fees, but you lost your ass on the item. It's messed up. Most sellers have put in their time to see if they can make a profit or to see if TH will change, but they all seem to end up leaving. I'm convinced the only ones who stay to sell there are the counterfeit or crappy quality sellers who are buying items for next to nothing, because that seems to be the only way to make a profit there these days. I would go the ebay route if you're looking to sell.
