Everyday there are new items to bid on. I enjoy the bidding besides I get nice things which I am giving to my family and friends for Christmas.

Horrible I order items they get canceled half of the time. Then my shipments are suppose to be at a certain date and they are about 3 weeks late. I report it to you guys and my response is always it's on its way. Then you say if it's not here by this date contact you and I get the same message.

Some are good others not like picture over all. Satisfied

I have won some junk but overall, I think the items are worth the cost. However much of the time it is not what you win that matters, it's the thrill of the chase.

I had to throw most of the stuff away. The stuff I threw away the instructions was in China.
I still haven't seen my other orders come in. Worst thing on the internet. You should pay me back the $160 and some odd change BACK!

Purchased about 3 things, 1 was broken, the others were very cheaply made and poor quality, won't be using again

Some things sold are not as they are in the pictures. I bought 2 canvas painting and during auction they appeared to framed when shown on the wall. When received they were just actually the pieces of canvas. That was it mentioned in the notes. Very deceiving.

The quality of the product is jankee it looks like you getting one thing but when it comes in it's just some plastic stuff

I bought items but nothing came with directions or they were missing parts.

I am new to Tophatter and so far customer service has been amazing. The team is responsive and very helpful. I have purchased 40 items and an awaiting delivery. Thus far, I have received 8 items Of that 8, I am extremely pleased with 3.

Not happy. I want to keep the headlamp just send me the batteries and charger. I do not want money back. I want the accessories.

I'm still waiting for an order, its been a month. Thats it really. No update no email. Clearly this is a dodgy site I won't be coming back

Well. I was very disappointed what I received was a 10 inch grey and off white you not a full sized skeleton not live like at all and not worth what I paid for it. I have since deleted top hatter

I went magnetic phone cord around Xmas my brother bought me one I was always buying the regular plug in ones if I was lucky they might make it a couple of months this cord is going to my daughter so she can experience the same feeling I got it really is a neat idea

Items you receive are like a box of chocolates, you never know what your going to get! I've received some 5 star items as well as the chocolate you wished you never bit into.

Tophatter website is so much fun. Most of the products are pretty good. I have asked for refunds a few times and they have been very good about taking care of me. Thank you Tophatter!
