Thus far i have nothing but enjoyed my experience with tophatter! From the first day i got an invite to check it out an i got a frree super brite head lite for those must do in the dark type projects. Neeed an extra hand to hold the flashlight. And its lots of fun bidding on items an competing against someone you don't know. I find it a bit addictive an so if you have ahard time telling yourself when to quite you better stay away cause ir becomes alot of fun fast. They also were understanding when i accidentally bid when i shouldn't have or didnt mean to. Overall its been great great fun great products great people. I would most certainly recommend and definitely going to continue to enjoy my involvement. Keep on Bidding!

I currently have purchased over 75 items from top hatter. I understand the shipping delays because many items coming from overseas. Being an auction though with no reserve price, I have won 10-15 items, paid for & been refunded basically sold for too low a price? Some were within 24 hrs, some almost a month. It's not my fault no bidders!

I ordered several thing's and so far I'm satisfied with what I purchased. The expected delivery dates haven't been accurate. My order has been arriving faster and that's great! Thanks and I'll continue to buy more products.
I either receive my purchases early, 4 months late and even 3 times never received it at all. And the item will delete itself like I have no receipt or no record of buying the item I bidded on

Not everything is as pictured.
Not all packaging survived the shipment. Boxes were crushed and could not be given as a gift.
Other items were a good deal.
Best place to get stuff cheaper then ordering stuff from Amazon, just have to wait a little.

So far the products I've received have been hit or miss. I've gotten some great products and some really bad products. They have been really easy to deal with on refunds so that's great.
I enjoy bidding on items and if an item gets higher than I am comfortable with I know it will most likely be up for bid again. The only thing that is extremely frustrating is when the seller cancels an order. I honestly believe it is because they got a low bid. But overall I get what I order and in good condition. If an item is damaged in transit I don't have a problem getting a refund.

Some what ok-most of my items were fine but the rugs i got and throw were not what the pix showed-been charged 2 times like 3 times
Your products are 4/5, your sizes of clothing 2-3/5 because they're much smaller than US sizes going by your size charts. My wife wears a 3x US your chart said 4x and was too small.
So far all my items have came before the Time and I've been very happy with companies

Not all items purchased were the best quality, wrong size or just plain junk. Tophatter has given immediate attention to every problem. I am very pleased with their customer service!
Fast shipping and refunds--------------------great way to enjoy some time--------------instructions either missing or in Chinese on a few of the products--------some products very cheaply made others better than expected
Its fun and the prices of some jewelry are low,. But it takes forever for the stuff one wins to arrive. I hate that part. Which makes me not want to go there.

Answer: Justin you are absolutely correct. I find out the hard way. I had my own auction with nice AUTHENTIC designer items and cosmetics (Becca, Cargo, Smahbox, Too Faced, etc). I lost big time. $40 Cargo palette sold for $10; it cost me $15. Items that I started higher to cover my cost never sold. I still had to pay fees for the item being listed. A $200 Calvin Klein purse sold for $20; it cost me $80 wholesale. Run!
Answer: If you end up buying a few items from the same seller they can do a combined shipment but you rarely get the same buyer items since they only let the sellers sell 10 items a day. It is different for the sellers that have their own auctions.
Answer: You will notice the same names no matter the day, time etc. Bidding against you very often. Is it a coincidence? Personally I don't believe in coincidences.
Answer: Depends on what you are selling. Yes, a lot of items go unsold in the jewelry and accessories categories... as well as others. Coach and Michael Kors and other designer brands, not much goes unsold, because here's the catch - - you pay fees on the starting bid. TH wants everything to start at $1. So you get punished if you start higher as to not get screwed by a low purchase price. Say you buy a designer bag for $120. If you start that bag at $100, you're already paying over $10 in fees. **IF** you can manage to sell it for a profit, there are still the commission and bank fees. If you start it at $1, you're barely paying any listing fees but it might only sell for $80 (or less!). So, less fees, but you lost your ass on the item. It's messed up. Most sellers have put in their time to see if they can make a profit or to see if TH will change, but they all seem to end up leaving. I'm convinced the only ones who stay to sell there are the counterfeit or crappy quality sellers who are buying items for next to nothing, because that seems to be the only way to make a profit there these days. I would go the ebay route if you're looking to sell.
