Horrible, horrible, horrible purchase. The straps for the body con dress I ordered was laughably loose, the zippers did not work the second time around, and the other skater dress I ordered was not even similar to the one in the picture. A total waste of my $50. STAY AWAY FROM TOBY AT ALL COSTS!
Some of the stuff I really like, fits like it should which is encouraging, but the quality of the clothes is HORRIBLE. Half of the stuff I've bought is already falling apart or ripping and it's been about a month.
I received my package, tried it on, and sealed it back up to return it! It was awful. The sizes are not true to size and the material looks like it's from the dollar store... not worth it

I've had good luck with Tobi for the most part. The clothes I've ordered are cute and good quality. But I had a problem with the most recent dress I ordered. I ordered an XS based off the measurements of the dress and my own measurements. It should have fit, but it was soooo tight I couldn't zip it and my shoulders felt like they were going to bust the dress at the seams. I dropped it off at UPS to be returned the next day, and ordered a size Small as an exchange. It arrived quickly and fit well - still a little small but good enough. But for the exchange return money... it's been well over 3 weeks now (that's just including business days) and the return has yet to even be processed. I don't know why on EARTH it could possibly take this long. Basically the lesson with Tobi is to be 99.9% sure you won't need to return or exchange an item before ordering, because you won't see a return into your account for a month or later. Not worth it when there are other cute clothes sites like Lulus that are more reliable and prompt with returns and exchanges.
It took much much longer than it was supposed to for the delivery to take place. Then, the clothing sizes were not aligned with the sizing chart on the site.
My favorite website to purchase from. Always good experience to buy with. Feeling very safe with the products and the deals.

I ordered a few items and tried to use their welcome code.
Unfortunately the code did not work. Not only that- when I hit pay, the website stopped working... when i tried to click pay again... the items i wanted were out of stock.
I placed a new item in exchanged for the original item that was no longer available.
I clicked pay and all was good.
I later checked my email and saw that two charges came out to Tobi -
I immediately emailed them and explained that i did not want the first order... however their awful customer service decided to send out the first package not the second... after a whole ordeal i managed to get the second order sent out.
Whilst all of this was going on (lots of back and forth) I realised that i never received a refund... i was then told i cannot recieve a refund even though their website crashed... they'd only give me store credit...
Long story short... after emailing back and forth they agreed to send me a refund.
During the time i sent back the package and now (im waiting for money, they're saying the package wasn't returned) i have had to deal with the WORST customer serviced and have been made out to feel like a liar... whoever is working there is really rude and absolutely has no class... theres been no apology or an attempt to help out.
Ive decided to call the back and get a refund as the people who work in customer service are truly awful and dont care...

I placed 2 orders when I ordered from Tobi for the first time to take advantage of a sale. I ordered 3 dresses in the first order, and 2 bodysuits and one skirt in the second. They both arrived on the expected day- except, however, upon opening one of the packages, I realized they sent me someone else's order! It didn't even have my name on it! Obviously frustrated, I emailed them immediately demanding my original order.
I'll say this, they do have good customer service. Someone responded immediately, apologized, and told me they would reship my real order. Unfortunately, one of the dresses from that order was now out of stock, but I was refunded for that item, and they overnight express-ed my two other dresses.
However, the quality of their clothing is the real reason I will not order from Tobi again. Their pictures make their clothes look gorgeous and good quality, but in person they just aren't. Both dresses I ordered came in looking like they were made out of that cheap plastic birthday table covering, and were lined with wrinkle lines from packaging. The body suits were ok, but not worth $40, more like $10. The dress was again very wrinkled and the pleats were terribly misshapen. Not to mention everything was just a little too big to be a medium.
Very disappointed, but should have expected it from a cheap online clothing store I saw on a Facebook ad.

This is the first time I've ever felt compelled to write a review on a company. I am astonished at the horrible customer service provided by Tobi. I decided to return a few items since the quality of the items were poor. I sent out my return on August 30th from NYC. I have yet to receive a refund or even a confirmation of receipt. At this point I have reached out to ever department at Tobi several time. I have probably reached out 30+ times because I am concerned that this site is a scam or that my return has been misplaced. Despite continuously emailing and following up, the only response I have received was a generic response saying that the refund process takes around 14 days. I am now past the 14 day mark and have received no acknowledgment of my emails since. Email is the only way to contact ANY department at Tobi. I have tried contacting every department to see if I can at least receive a response from someone that works there. Coming from someone who has never written a review before, PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE. It is not worth the aggravation.

I did not receive an order that I placed and tried to contact them for a refund, but they refused to refund me money for a product I never received.
I placed the order on August 18th and ordered over 30 items of clothing for a total of $932.04. I did not go through my items one by one to make sure it was all there, but assumed that it was. When I went back to the website to return a few items, that is when I noticed that I was missing an item from the order. I contacted them immediately because it was still within their 30 day return policy. They refused to refund me my money because I didn't notify them 5 days after I had received the order. It's not noted anywhere on their website about notifying them when you don't receive an item. They send out another swim suit, but I wanted a refund since summer is already over there would be no sense in my getting a swim suit now. They sent it out anyways to an old address which will not get to me anyways. I have had numerous conversations with Tobi's customer service and many of their reps there. They were extremely rude and unprofessional about the matter. I will refuse to pay for an item that I never received. They need to double check the order before they send the package out. The swim sui was $138 dollars and I want a refund for a product that I never received.
My experience has been awful and will probably never be buying here again, only now I'll have store credit if it ever comes. I rescheduled the shoot and was excited when it finally came in only to discover it was the WRONG DRESS. So now I had the wrong dress no dress for the rescheduled photoshoot and the dress I ordered was now OUT OF STOCK. I'm always hesitant when making online purchases. Tobi ships fairly quick. Everything I've ordered came within 3 days after being shipped from Northern California. I wouldn't recommend ever buying anything full price from them because they usually have 50% sales and 50% off your first purchase. I've already received 4 items from them and I've been pleased with my purchases. In terms of quality, so far so good! The quality overall is between a 3.5 out of 5. It really depends on the item. I want to say similar to Forever21. I've washed them a few times and they still look fine. One of the dresses I purchased had thin material but it was more of a outdoor casual dress so I didn't mind since it's not see-through anyways. They do sell some brand clothing, such as MINKPINK. Sizing can be tricky. They do post what size the model is and what she's wearing but it's not always reliable as I try to see if the clothing looks fitted or loose. I've ordered different sizing just because of that. If you're not pleased with your purchase, you're able to return it for free. I haven't had an issue of returning anything yet. The refund took about a week but I did receive the full amount without any issues. Also, they have final sale items that you cannot return which sucks if the item wasn't your size or did not meet your expectations.
Long story short - I bought a hoodie last week and never heard anything from them. I checked my account yesterday and it said they were processing my order. I check my credit card and it was charged so I assumed they were preparing to ship my order.
Today, I checked on my order again to see if a tracking number was up and to my surprise my order was cancelled. No email or notification what so ever. The item I had ordered was out of stock. Yet my credit card was still charged.
