I had just recently discovered tobi.com through pinterest and thought all the clothes were extremely cute. I placed and paid for an order I was very excited for and have been waiting exactly 7 days. This morning it said my order was STILL being processed after 7 days- nearly all other online clothing stores I have shopped at have processed and shipped out orders the next day or two days. I just went to check again and all it said was "order cancelled". I did not cancel my order. I checked my email and I had an email from tobi that my order was cancelled and no explanation as to why. I am extremely disappointed and will not be shopping here again.

Worst customer service ever! My order took over a week to come in and when it finally did they sent me the wrong size. When I emailed them to inform them of their mistake, they told me my shirt in the size I wanted was out of stock. Yes, the clothes are cute, but their customer service needs HUGE improving. I will NEVER order from Tobi.com again!

Company sells cheap clothing. Looks good on the website but looks like crap in person.
If you return something they take $5 and dont refund shipping... Better business model using ebay.

They appear to have cute clothing, but the tops I ordered were so cheaply made and the sizing was so off, it was ridiculous. Then they charge you a $5 return fee for processing their cheap clothing. Terrible! Will never shop here again!
Most egregious customer service ever. It's been over 10 days since I placed my order, and it still hasn't shipped. They are basically unable to be contacted. Have called them about 5 times, never gotten through, and no responses to e-mails. Avoid.
Do not pay for anything more than standard shipping. They will take as long as they want to process your order which cancels out the point of paying for speedy shipping. I paid for 3-day and I'm going to have to wait over a week to receive my items. Customer service will not pick up their phone and every email goes unanswered if you're upset. I emailed a stylist about items being in stock and I received a response the next day. I've sent two to customer service and neither have been answered. NOT WORTH IT. Yes, the clothes are cute. But at what price? You're treated as if your money means nothing to them. Now I get to ask a friend to get the items from my door step this weekend since I'll be out of town. AWESOME! Just the problem I was trying to avoid by purchasing LAST WEEK and paying extra for 3-day shipping. MISERABLE!
Customer service is horrible. The customer service line goes straight to voicemail. They don't respond to emails. It seems that writing on Facebook is the best way to get a hold of them. Also, why would they even put items of the website IF they are out of stock?!?!?! Apparently they don't keep track of their inventory.
Tobi needs to improve the way they do business. Need to improve their customer service and they should NOTIFY the customer immediately that the item ordered is out of stock. That's very unprofessional.

Fantastic site! I love shopping here. Some of the items can be pricey because they are designer labels but they have a lot of great sales and promotions. I have also used the online chat session with a stylist to help me pick out what to wear with one of the dresses that I purchased from there.

Good prices, terrible customer service. They have a friend referral program where they say they will give you $25 store credit for every friend you refer who makes a purchase. After 5+ follow-up emails/conversations with their customer service people, I have yet to receive my referral credit. Ridiculous.

Answer: Contact customer service and tell them, this happened to me before using a few other websites and they told me to place the order anyway and gave me a refund for the items that were overcharged. Pretty annoying when you have a 50% off code to use and they mess it up!
Answer: With your best interest in mind, I would advise that you return in separate packages with labels from each order and watch it closely from beginning to end of the return so it doesn't slip through the cracks. Get a tracking number for each also.
