Does anyone know how long items from topi take to ship to Europe? Website says 3-4 weeks but I read some comments saying it came earlier or not at all

Answer: Our international shipping goes through asendia, we quote 2-4 wks, because of customs. It could come sooner.

does tobi size run small?? im 5'3 and weigh about 130lbs. not sure if i should go for a small or medium. i am getting a club dress, a day dress, a maxi dress, and a choker tank top.

Answer: You should definitely use a measuring tape and measure your bust, hips, etc. Then compare to the size chart! :) I did that and ordered a large in everything and it fits perfect for me!

I'm about to order from Tobi for my first time. It says 50% off your first order however when I went to check out I was charged the full price... any suggestions?

Answer: Contact customer service and tell them, this happened to me before using a few other websites and they told me to place the order anyway and gave me a refund for the items that were overcharged. Pretty annoying when you have a 50% off code to use and they mess it up!

I have to make a return from two separate orders. Can I return both in one box with a shipping label from the first order? Or do I have to return the items in two separate packages?

Answer: With your best interest in mind, I would advise that you return in separate packages with labels from each order and watch it closely from beginning to end of the return so it doesn't slip through the cracks. Get a tracking number for each also.
