This is another copy cat clothing site that gives you the classic bait & switch - photographs of gorgeous, well made dresses on the website that look nothing like the product you receive. Return policy on the packing slip states 30 days which they refuse to honor, citing the 10 day policy on their website. (Then update your packing slips.) Don't waste your time or money.

I have ordered a couple gowns! Each have been more Beautiful then the Next! Had to make a return also and as long as you follow the policy it will be a smooth process. Shipping is very Fast! Customer Service was very Helpful very happy with all of my purchases and will refer to friends & family!

Tobi is HORRIBLE. Their clothes are very low quality. Nothing looks like it does on the site. Some pieces are literally not even wearable -- cut so that you can't raise your arms or so that even small boobs fall right out. The clothes aren't smartly made. They do not offer refunds -- only store credit. The customer service team is a bunch of straight up jerks. Like, they're mean to you. Seriously, steer clear and choose any of about 1,000 other fast fashion sites. This one sucks a lot.

Tobi's customer service isn't professional. They failed to send my return but they will accept their return items. They will email you saying it takes x amount of days for your return to hit your bank but lie. I'm still waiting and by now it's been 6mo+

The dress I ordered was very poor quality and did not look like the pictures on the website at all. All of the edges were frayed and there was a hole too. They also left the original tag from their production company, which I thought was a little lazy for the price I paid. I really did have high hopes, but they were a real let down.

My dress came pretty quickly. Only concern is that I didn't not receive a tracking number or any updates when my order was being delivered. The dress just appeared at my door with no heads up. I'm grateful it shipped in one piece but I would have liked to be updated about my shipping process.

Tobi used to be great up until recently. They have some great stuff, however they're all at absolutely ridiculous prices. I think this is because of the fact that you get 50% off your first order, and theres 30% off all new items for a specific period of time. So because they know that majority of their customers are going to be getting a discount on their purchases, they've made the original pricing REALLY high! The clothing is decent, but goes nowhere near justifying a short, sleeveless shift dress costing over $100.

Despite all the wacky reviews I read about this website, I thought what the heck and ordered some things from them. I got 5 shirts and a maxi dress for $114 with their 50% off discount and my items shipped quickly! Pair of sunglasses I ordered ended up selling out but their customer service team was quick to email me and let me know they were sold out and they upgraded my order to free 2 day shipping with no charge because of the inconvenience Each piece of clothing is great quality and they all fit well. I ordered a gorgeous maxi dress for a cruise I'm taking soon and can't wait to wear it! My sisters also ordered some party dresses off this website and loved them as well. Definitely will be ordering more in the future!

Tobi was a great online shopping experience. They had valid security checks and I do appreciate the time the developers took to set that up. Thank you for my wonderful birthday dress and that free leave-in conditioner! <3
