I ordered items in mid January for a late February event. After 5+ emails & instagram messages. All I got was a automated reply they were busy & would ship within 7-10 business days. I had no choice but to request they cancel my order. But nope they didn't listen and sent my stuff anyway. I returned the items because I since bought other items somewhere locally. However it has now been over a month and I still have not received a refund! Took them a month! They are a scam.

I returned my items 60+ days ago. When I contact Tobi with frustrations asking for updates or my refund, they send back generic emails which means they don't even read the complaints. They said "Be patient, it takes about a week for your items to get to you, you'll have them soon"! I don't need any items, i want the money back that this site owes me. An absolute scam when it comes to returns or exchanges. Might as well have donated it to someone instead of no dresses and out money.

The first time I bought at tobi it tools around a month to receive the package. I was disappointed that the shipment took so much time + because I live in Canada Montreal there were additional border fees (but this has nothing to do with the merchant).
The second experience I had was much better, my little sister bought a couple of dresses and she wanted to ad the 50% coupon code but apparently did not enter it correctly. I emailed tobi customer service (dreaded the awful service I heard about) but surprisingly they responded the next day telling me that they will refund me the additional 50% off amount.

I think the stuff is over priced for the quality of it, I'd rather shop at forever21 if that's the quality I'm getting. I returned my whole purchase which would have been $300 if bought at full price. Great thing I got the half off but even so, not worth it. I got some body suits and did not read clear enough that they are not refundable. I tried them on over my clothes and did not like it, wanted to return them but their policy states you can't. What the heck? It's never been worn. Yes, some of the stuff is cute but eh, I'm sure I can find it elsewhere.

Not bad!

I've read a lot of bad reviews so I figured that if I liked what I ordered I would write a good review. Everything looks good! I'm 5'2 108 lbs so I got an XS, everything fit just right. If I was any bigger I would of had to go a size up. My 5 items came in 4 days. I even emailed customer service for something and they replied back within minutes. I would only shop during the 50% off sales for sure though.

I ordered many clothes from this website after seeing it advertised through Facebook, I was waiting about three weeks only to receive a notice saying I have been charged £14.75 for delivery money the other side has not been paid and a customs charge of £8.00 - I am absolutely appalled and have just contacted Tobi asking for either a refund or them to sort this out!

I use to shop on this site back in early 2016 I'm not sure what happened to them, but their services have declined and they seem to not even be operating a legit business. I ordered a dress weeks ago and still have not received it after paying shipping costs. You are not able to call customer care, but they also do not reply to emails. They have tons of sales which is appealing, but i will NEVER shop here again after this last experience. After reading countless reviews of refunds not being received I'm likely stuck with this dress I may not even get in time for my event.

I used to think their customer service was good and haven't had an issue until this week. Their site doesn't work 100% and will drop your order. So if you're purchasing an in demand item, don't expect to get it even if you hit the confirmation page. Customer Service won't acknowledge this bug and will shrug it off like it's your own fault. Screenshots don't prove anything as they leave out what items are purchased in the confirmation page. No compensation, no acknowledgement of their own fault, and no logs to prove you're in the right. Not going to support a website that won't look into their own bugs.

I've ordered from tobi twice. First time I ordered a bracelet which looked very cute online. However, when I began to wear it I realized the color from the beads was transferring onto my sleeve. Annoying, but not to big of a problem. I also ordered a basic long sleeve shirt and though I am normally a size large, the medium was swimming on me, so I had to shrink it in the wash. Though other reviews bash their customer service, I emailed them a question and got a response just hours later. I will continue to shop at tobi while being cautious that all of their products may not look the exact same in person. All in all, I would recommend Tobi.

Bought many dresses for one of my daughters. She thought they were fashionable and fairly priced (similar to Forever21). We returned a few of the dresses and are STILL waiting for our refund. It has not been 5 weeks. They even admitted on an email that they were 5 weeks behind (processing 27 Aug returns and email was 2 Oct).

We will NOT be using Tobi in the future, unless highly confident won't be returning anything.

Already got rid of the item

The fabric was very thin, bunched up around the hips and was already a size larger than I typically order. It was too small and cheaply made. It reminded me of something I would expect from an overseas manufacturer for really cheap that gets immediately tossed because it is not worth returning.

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. I spent 100$ on their site and hated everything. I bought some sandals that cut up my foot and I've been injured limping for two days now. I emailed them and returned everything they said they would give me store credit and never did.
The clothes is cheap material from China. Don't waste your money here you're better off buying clothes locally

Bought two items. They didn't fit, so we ordered replacements in a larger size. Fine. By the time we got around to returning the original items, more than 30 days had passed. So we were beyond the stated return period. I wrote an e-mail explaining the situation and asked them to allow the exchange anyway. They sent back an e-mail saying they'd stick to their policy, too bad for me. Now they are not technically obligated to process my return. Then again, I'm not technically obligated to give them more than one star.

Won't buy from them again.

First and LAST order
November 29, 2017

Still waiting for an order I placed nearly 12 days ago. What they don't tell you is they use Newgistics which is the speed of slower than a snail. My item has been sitting in one warehouse to the next for two days at a time with an update every two to three days. They also gave me a tracking number someone previously used as well to add confusion just for fun. It's a shame cause they have so many cute items but at this point I don't find it fun waiting up to two weeks for an item. No other retail clothing company has ever made me wait this long and for one item. This was a test run purchase and will be the last ever purchase. I hope to receive what I paid for, the customer service has begun ignoring my emails and messages at this point so if I don't get it I have to count it as a loss but I'd stay away from this company. They select the absolute cheapest way to ship to you (Newgistics) knowing full well it will be over two weeks before you see your item, if ever.

Do not order from this site! You will never see your clothes. They charge for shipping expedited or priority but you still never get the item on time. I did not understand the point of doing 3-5 days shipping; its was 3 weeks and I still never received my product! Had to file a dispute with my credit card company because they charged me for the outfits.

Terrible!

Terrible! The clothing is of poor poor quality and the sales are a rip off. I ordered 2 dresses found the same dresses on Forever21 for fall less then their normal prices. The package arrive almost 2 weeks later and one of the dress had a hole in it. Took them forever to process my returns. I would never buy from this site again.

I am not going back to this store. This is a scam. Other than they do not have phone number to contact, I also figured so many times that they increase their price very often, and looked very covered, almost invisible. So some of the prices on their item's page was cheaper, but the prices changed and increases in checkout cart. Not many people would notice this, so beware! This company seems like they have some misleading motives behind it, i'd rather stay away.

They appear to have cute clothing, but the tops I ordered were so cheaply made and the sizing was so off, it was ridiculous. Then they charge you a $5 return fee for processing their cheap clothing. Terrible! Will never shop here again!

I had terrible customer service experience with Tobi. Spent over $100 on dresses and clothes that I NEEDED for a live performance. Not only did I wait 2 WHOLE months for my order to be sent to me, my package was lost somewhere on the way. Tobi told me to send future orders to a "Secure Location". (As if my own house with its own mailbox isn't secure enough? Lol) They were rude and did not care for my long years of being a dedicated customer. They're a terrible company just trying to make a buck off anyone they can. Do not buy from this store unless you like the idea of losing money and products and having nothing to show for it.

Tobi attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
