I made an order last wednesday and received it last night, so shipping was really quick considering last weekend was a long weekend and i live in Canada. Also i was not charged anything at customs, which i was nervous about so i was very happy about that as well! I got the 50% off by linking my facebook account for my first purchase and i was very happy with my merchandise when i received it. The price for what you get is great, since the prices were cheap i wasnt expecting anything fancy. Quality would be comparable to american apparel or forever 21. Will definitely shop there again especially since shipping is under $10!

Very low quality dresses. The fit is terrible too, as if dresses are designed by apprentices. Also, some dresses look completely different in person, almost like it's a picture of a different dress. Cannot recommend. Don't waste your money. They only refund via store credit, they don't refund the money. You will be stuck with another cheap bad-fitting dress even after the refund.

Found Tobi web site while searching for sweaters for my wife. Hit a sale at the right time and ordered 4 sweater dresses that were on sale. Order was shipped in 2 days and all the items were correct. Material was high quality and not one flaw on all 4 sweater dresses. Items were packed well and I have no complaints about their products or service. Read a lot of reviews after I ordered and thought this site must be a rip off with all the bad complaints. I will shop with Tobi again soon with the right sale. So my experience with them was great. Have all your billing and shipping information correct and check what the materials are of the item you are ordering and pick the correct size. That will make things go real smooth and remember they are closed on the weekend.

I'm trying to get a refund on a dress and possibly a price adjustment on another dress that is now half off and for 3 days now I have been emailing the company for a resolution. I received an auto reply that did not address my concerns whatsoever. I ordered bridesmaid dresses from their site and although the dresses are very nice, I will NEVER order from this site again. Horrible customer service and there is no phone number to speak to an actual person!

We have just returned items to this company at a cost of nearly £30 in postage. One item was damaged. To add insult to injury have now been informed that the £120 we spent on goods has now been credited to store credit. Why would I want to order more items when the cost of return is so expensive. Yes, some things can be bit expensive for what they are, but you don't buy those things, you get the things that are priced well for what they are. Anyway, I got a really sexy bathing suit and I'm living in France and wanted it for a month from now at least when I visit Cannes, but it said international shipping could take about 3-4 weeks. The suit came in less than a week shipped from the US and now I can have it for a trip I'm leaving for this weekend! I am so impressed with how quickly it came especially after the 3-4 week warning. In addition, I didn't have to pay duties or any other charges. The suit fits great too, even though you have to choose one size for the whole thing. Very impressed with the service, quality (for what it is), and fit. I know others have had problems but I wonder if expectations were a little high?

Would not recommend - Very horrible experience ordering with Tobi. I ordered a dress and it was extremely poor quality. The dress has a see-through band that goes around the waist, and it doesn't even line up at the front! I did not want to pay to return it so I will have to keep this dress or spend more money to alter it.

The clothes may look cute online but don't be fooled, they are very low quality. I recommend you spend a little more and go elsewhere.

Do not buy expecting to receive a refund.

It has been 3 months since I've sent back my return of $90 and I have yet to receive a refund. The customer service is terrible - they reply about once a week, if that, and are of no help whatsoever. They simply do not care that they are not giving me my money back. What makes this worse is that I am fully aware they have my order, as my friend's order was also part of the refund, and hers of a much lesser amount was issued. They are blatantly withholding my refund, even after receiving the dress.

I would never order from them again and am cautioning anyone I know to avoid this site at any cost. All this for clothing that is sub-par, not ethical or sustainable.

Beware, I have ordered from this site over the last few years, w/ zero issues. My most recent return (and last) was received by Tobi but was NEVER refunded? I emailed them several time on this topic, but never received any response, besides an automated message saying that someone would be contacting me (and confirming msg was rec'd) and never got any follow up emails. What a rip off and scam. For everyone that likes to online shop, do NOT shop this site... unless you want them to just take your money. Most of my purchases are online and I will be sure to never shop this site again after they decided to keep my money and not respond to my several inquiries of my return/refund. $400 down the drain! I'll be refuting this and be sure to post on several other sites so no one has to deal with this BS. Seriously people - DO NOT SHOP HERE! Awful customer service and now a scam!

BUYER BEWARE! Do not buy from this store! They have the worst customer service ever. I bought 3 things 2 pairs of leggings and one cardigan that was $50. They sent the 2 pairs of leggings but apparently "accidentally" left out the cardigan, i called them numerous times and they never answered so i sent an email and they replied sorry but we saw your order was delivered and theres nothing we can do. So I'm out $50. They stole from me basically don't let this happen to you!

I ordered three sweaters from Tobi and I absolutely LOVE them. They are my favorite items of clothing I own and I will be ordering again. I came onto this website to check the reviews before my order arrived and I was extremely nervous because of all the bad reviews. After seeing the order I don't know why there have been so many complaints about the quality of their clothing! The sweaters came exactly as I expected, in fact, better.

The only issue I had was that I chose express shipping and did not receive my order within the promised time frame. I emailed Tobi and they sent back a generic message that didn't reassure me that the problem would be fixed. They did ship the clothes several hours after I emailed, and it was the holiday season so overall, no harm done. I still highly recommend this site and would not be driven away by the negative criticisms! Many other of my friends order from this site and would say the same!

For Christmas, I ordered two items online from Tobi for my Granddaughter. Two unexpected things happened. They offered $50 off on a first-time order, but did not deduct the $50. I paid anyway, because I knew my granddaughter wanted the shirt and sweater. When the garments arrived they were stuffed like rags into the smallest plastic bag you could imagine. Small enough to fit into my mailbox. The shirt looks cheaply made, but the sweater looks okay.
