I have been with Pandora for a few years and while they were forced to make changes to be compliant with the gods of the listening world, they bring all kinds of genre music to your ears. You choose. Before the change, customers could choose the song and artist they wanted to hear, now you can choose the artist and it will play that artist and similar artists. I was resistant at first because change is hard, but it has introduced me to other artists and songs so it forced me to broaden my listening pleasures. Another plus is when you have feedback or questions, it doesn't go unanswered. It's easy to set up. You won't be disappointed.

I purchased a bracelet a few months ago that is way too large for my wrist and slides over my hand. It wasn't a customized order and they don't allow refunds. I asked for an exchange for a bracelet that could be adjusted to fit. It took several emails from me to finally get a return authorization as they blamed it on the weather. I returned the item and paid for the shipping. It was delivered February 6 and when I emailed asking for the status of my exchange 3 days ago, I haven't received a reply. They are the worst company to do any kind of business with. The customer is ignored, unheard and unsatisfied!

I love to shop online with Walmart. Their selection is always greater than the 3 stores we have locally. They are efficient in processing and sending orders and go the extra mile to make sure it arrives safely. In addition, if you choose to have it delivered to a store for pick up, it's free shipping. Can't beat that!

Amazon has never let me down! They protect the privacy of their buyers and they stand by their commitment on deliveries, availabilities, product and returns. I am always happy to follow up with their needed feedback as to how the seller did. That is what puts them above the rest, that and value.

My 19 year old daughter was so excited to receive the dress she ordered for her upcoming formal and the wrong product arrived. When she tried to get the issue resolved the customer service rep told her that the original dress ordered was no longer available and that she should sent the incorrect item back and would be refunded for the cost of shipping the return and the cost of the original item. Tobi not only charged her for the original dress but charged her for the incorrect item and they will not acknowledge that they have done this and she has proof. Everything is handled online only and there is no way to call customer service. They don't deserve even 1 star as it does get worse than this. Poor customer service! What kind of company wants to stay in business if they don't make themselves available when they are in error?
