Buy multiple things online through them and haven't had any issues! We do pay extra for Amazon Prime so maybe that's why the service is good? Once we even got a delivery through UPS on a sunday!
I purchased a few items from Tobi back in 2014, and while their service was fine the quality of the clothes and shoes (I bought 1 sandal and 1 pair of boots, as well as a romper) were lacking. I would not repurchase. There are many other online sites that will give you a similar product for a better price.
