Awful company
I ordered a few items and tried to use their welcome code.
Unfortunately the code did not work. Not only that- when I hit pay, the website stopped working... when i tried to click pay again... the items i wanted were out of stock.
I placed a new item in exchanged for the original item that was no longer available.
I clicked pay and all was good.
I later checked my email and saw that two charges came out to Tobi -
I immediately emailed them and explained that i did not want the first order... however their awful customer service decided to send out the first package not the second... after a whole ordeal i managed to get the second order sent out.
Whilst all of this was going on (lots of back and forth) I realised that i never received a refund... i was then told i cannot recieve a refund even though their website crashed... they'd only give me store credit...
Long story short... after emailing back and forth they agreed to send me a refund.
During the time i sent back the package and now (im waiting for money, they're saying the package wasn't returned) i have had to deal with the WORST customer serviced and have been made out to feel like a liar... whoever is working there is really rude and absolutely has no class... theres been no apology or an attempt to help out.
Ive decided to call the back and get a refund as the people who work in customer service are truly awful and dont care...
I wouldn't recommend using this website.
