Yeah if you live in Australia you can forget this site. Ordered a jumpsuit with a white bodice & black poka dot shorts as is advertised on the website & paid about $50 for it.
Ended up with a flimsy paper thin piece of $#*! material top & the poka dot shorts were no where to be found.
Returned them for a refund. It's been 2 weeks now. I've messaged them 4 times &each replie's been an automated email which means their guaranteed customer service is total bull$#*!. Sizing was $#*! too. Materials poor. And I've wasted.$50 on that stupid site.

After placing an order with Tobi last Thursday, I decided to read reviews. Yep, that's right... I waited until AFTER I had already ordered. Dumb mistake? Could have easily been. After reading reviews, I became instantly filled with regret... how could I have made such a stupid decision? I sat thinking I wasn't going to get my order, everything would be horrible, and so on and so forth. Today, Monday, I received my package. ALL of my stuff was there... YAY! So, I tried everything on. I purchased three cardigans and a dress. The three cardigans all were just as expected... except softer. They fit perfectly. The dress, I will say, was somewhat misrepresented on the site. The model was supposedly 5'9" and it came to about her knees. I am barely 5'4" and it wouldn't have came near that length... had I been able to squeeze into it. Definitely order a size up in dresses! All in all, it was a good experience! I ordered my stuff late Thursday... closer to Friday, really... and received it today - Monday.
I ordered something and they said they had sent it, but then several days later received an email saying they had canceled my order because they didn't have it in stock. Deeply disappointing.
So I ordered about $520 worth of clothes since it was 50% off and figured I would be able to return items I did not like. I receive my shipment fairly quick. But when I open it, it is somebody else's order, worth only about $120. Non of which are my size. And there is even a sorry we messed up your order, note here is a comp. Bracelet. So I'm thinking, geez... they messed this girls order up twice! I kept waiting for my package and wrote them saying they sent me somebody else's shipment. They responded quick saying sorry and here is another 50% off code for us messing up. They asked if I received my order and I said I wasn't sure... I still need to check w my apt office. Once I finally realize that is the wrong package is the same tracking # as what is linked to my order... I write them again the next day saying... I still have not received my order & they basically sent me somebody else's instead... and at this point want a refund and I'll send the other girls stuff back. No Respone emails now! I've emailed them twice! Thankfully I'm sure my credit card will refund me the money if I report it within 30 days. So wish I would have read reviews first.
Do not buy from! Cloths aren't even close to being true to size, and Tobi clearly doesn't care about customer service or improving the quality of their products at all. I ordered a dress for nearly $100, checked the sizing measurements prior to ordering and when I received it, the dress was at least 2 sizes smaller than a true fit size. I couldn't even zip it up.
Then when you try to make a return (for a legitimate reason that is not your fault as the customer at all) you will be told that your only option is to receive a store credit. Did I mention that it took over 2 weeks and multiple emails later to receive even 1 reply from them? I would have called but they don't list a phone number anywhere. Had I known when I was in the checkout process that a store credit was my only option if the dress didn't work out, I wouldn't have even risked it. The Tobi return policies are BURIED in the website so all in all it seems like Tobi is aware of the sizing issue (especially having read some of the other reviews here) and yet continues to happily accept nearly $100 for one item but isn't willing to make it right for the customer that is giving them that nearly $100. It's online retailers like this that give e-commerce a bad reputation.

I online shop, ALOT. I normally shop at Lulus (highly recommended). Lulus did not have what I was looking for this time around. I had a couple white only parties coming up. So, I ordered most of them from Tobi. I had a problem with delivery which was my fault. I forgot to put my apartment number (silly me). I had emailed them about it, and they were awesome at writing back. I hate the fact that you cannot speak to a representative. But, I was able to fix it. This is why I gave them a one star, for this one thing that was right.
First: everything runs big. Like huge. I am a petite person, so I normally have this problem. But, I feel like their measurements were not even accurate. I had ordered the smallest size for each, and they were huge. So, no big deal. I returned everything, because altering it wasn't even an option, because the parties were coming up in a couple days.
Second: Still waiting for my return to be processed... the dresses/outfits returned back to the facility April 2nd and it is now April 28, and I am still waiting for a refund. Even better, still waiting for my return to be processed (according to the company). Mind you, I spent about 3 hundred and something dollars there. I normally do have to return some stuff due to being petite. So normally I know the process takes some time due to having to ship back the clothes. BUT ITS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH SINCE IT HAS BEEN SITTING THERE.
Third: when I emailed them, last Friday, they said they were still processing returns that were received March 20... but why?

I really like this site, I ordered during the 50% off store wide sale, so of course I ordered a few things. I spent about 200$ between 2 different orders I placed. The first one only took 3 days to get to me! 3 DAYS! I was super excited of course when I saw it at my door! I was a little hesitant and worried because of all the bad reviews but I noticed that the majority of the bad orders/reviews were from over seas. I reside in the US and can say the quality was what I expected, it is comparable to forever21. Which I'm okay with because during the sale that is around the same price I paid for my items. I would order again, but only during a sale. Some of the items are a little sheer as others noted. And I ordered two jumpsuits which looked incredible on the site of course, they are the same as in the picture but again, not amazing quality. The fabric is just "bleh". But I can say I got what I paid for, not bad but not the best. The hems are good, no loose threads or weird off-putting seems like others noted. I can say I like the items I received but again, not my fave.
I´m from Rio, Brazil and the first time I bought clothes from this store I payed the shipping because I wanted to get my stuff before I traveled and eveything arrived perfectly in ONE WEEK. I don´t recommend anyone from Brazil to buy as much as I did because the taxes were ridiculous, it cost about the whole purchase and I bought a lot of stuff, but these taxes I payed had nothing to do with the store Tobi. I did have to adgest a romper (because it was too long) and I could have gotten an XS on maybe two items but it´s nothing that a belt can´t fix. The seconed time I bought from Tobi I had the stuff delivered to my dads hotel in The U.S. and funny that the stuff I bought the seconed time around I actually thought they could have been a little bigger once I saw them but when I tried them on I liked how they fit. No need to say that I love shopping at Tobi but only with the 50% discount code. I wouldn´t have payed full price for any of the items.
I've ordered from Tobi twice. Both times that I've ordered, I haven't had any issues with shipping. My orders always came within a week, and none of my pieces would be missing. The first time that I ordered, the clothing quality was alright- a sweater wasn't how it appeared on the site, and a skirt that I ordered in a size small appeared to be more like a size medium. But I was convinced that I wouldn't buy from the site again, so I didn't even bother returning the items. However, I did ended up buying from them again- this time a sweater, dress, and skirt. The sweater exceeded my expectations. It was soft, and oversized (which I loved). The skirt I could not even pull up past my thighs and the dress I couldn't even zip up. Both these items were a size small, which is my usual size in ALL other stores- which was a let down.
Their clothes are adorable, but the sizing is pretty strange. Also, the customer service needs a lot of work. I never got an order confirmation, nor a shipping confirmation with tracking and when I emailed them about this, I never got a reply.
Overall, I think your experience on this site is really just a hit or miss.

Ill be honest i was really hesitant about ordering from tobi after reading all the negative reviews, but i ended up purchasing my junior prom dress from there for only $40 and im in love!
The material is amazing, especially for the price. The item i got was final sale as well so i was super worried that it wouldnt fit and i couldnt return it, but i decided to take the risk. Im 5'1 with practically no boobs but i ordered an XS and it fit great that i dont even need to get it hemmed, itll be the perfect length once i wear it with heels:)
I was most worried about the shipping bc thats what most people had problems with, but my package took 5 days to deliver like they promised and came exactly when they said it would! However i do live about an hour away from the warehouse so that could be a possible explanation for why it came on time as opposed to other people.
