My first purchase experience: I ordered a top and they sent me the wrong size. On my order form it CLEARLY stated the size I ordered and it was even HAND CIRCLED and then okay-ed. I called to see if I could return it an receive the correct size because it was a lovely top. The first girl I talked to sounded like she was twelve and couldn't answer any of my questions. The second person I talked to told me they were all out of my size and so they just sent me the next size up thinking it would fit (LIKE THEY KNOW MY MEASUREMENTS! -___-) Who does that?!
It seems I have bad luck with Cyber Monday sales. On Mon Nov 27th, I ordered from Tobi.com, and it is now January 2nd, 2018 and I have no package, and no real update on the status of my order. After about 20 emails to the company, including their fake "Fraud" department, and asking about 5x for someone to call me to discuss the matter, I have received no clarification and no help, and zero customer service. No one has attempted to call me to resolve the matter. In fact, the questions I pose in my emails are never answered; it seems they have a bot answering all inquiries and complaints. There is no number to call. They took my money. If I sign into the account of my order, it says "processing" yet the bot email I received in the last week said "they are working with the shipping company to send my package quicker"; yet, I have received no information on my package even being shipped at all. And online it says still "processing", and again, my money was taken from my account. My bank and I are going into dispute with them. They have ZERO customer service. They will not call you... there is no number for you to call. Complete waste of time. Tobi.com have proven to be total fraudsters, and absolutely incompetent at customer service... but then again as a scamming business they don't really need to worry about customer service after receiving your banking information.
Quick shipping and item was even nicer than shown on the website. I will order from Tobi again. I am completely satisfied with my jumpsuit.

I was in communication with Tobi's customer service email since May 27th concerned about my order's delivery status before this, and they claimed there were no issues and sent me tracking information. I thought there was an issue, but the customer service email did nothing to correct this issue until I reached out again days later on June 8th. This site has lead me to nothing but unnecessary stress and I am left scrambling and paying for express shipping from other sites now and hoping I might still be able to get a dress in time for my graduation pictures this week. I would recommend Shein, Zaful, Pretty Little Thing, or Amazon before I would go through the stress that Tobi has given me ordering my graduation dress. I contacted Tobi's customer service emails trying to get help but it was a complete waste of time and they made absolutely no effort to help me get my dresses. It was already difficult enough to shop for a graduation dress during store closures due to COVID-19, but Tobi has just made matters worse and I regret trying to give them my business.

This website is such a scam. Everything looked so beautiful on the site that I decided the price tag was worth it. I ordered 6 tops totaling $183, and was so excited to receive my order. It came a week later and as I tried on each shirt I was increasingly frustrated. Even just pulling them out of the package had me disappointed, because the quality was so terrible. They were the thinnest, sheerest, and weirdest texture I have ever felt. I ordered clothes off Chinese websites years ago (before I had any sort of sense) and even that clothing was better quality. It was just so bizarre to me. Not to mention, they each fit differently, but all equally bad. I am medium, and half of them fit like a size small and have of them fit like a size large. I was so confused that I had double check if they had given me the right size.
Anyway, I immediately went to send it back. I read up on their return policy, printed out the label, filled out the paper they give you, and had it sent back the next day (January 18th). They received it on February 2nd, which is absolutely ridiculous. I have yet to get my refund and they have been completely unhelpful with their annoying copy/paste answers that just tell you they couldn't care less about their customers. It has been almost 1 month. And based on these reviews, I am not expecting it any time soon. I just can't comprehend how a company could possibly take that long to process a refund.
Overall: stay away from this store. I just don't think it's worth it. Expensive, non existent customer service, no phone number, horrific quality, inconsistent sizing!
