My order did not arrive after two months. Whenever I contacted Rosegal, they had excuse after excuse. They are very nimble at dodging refunds via PayPal and will tell you to wait until precise dates at which your resolution rights with PayPal expire, etc. Then they will send you on wild goose chases to the post office only to find out there was no tracking info. This is a shady business! Do not order from Rosegal!

I ordered a bathing suit and it did not arrive even after the expected date. I was in contact with the rosegal staff and they are processing a full refund. Although it sucks that my cheap bikini didn't show up, at least I'll get my money back, hopefully.

I ordered 2 items back in May. It's the end of July, still nothing. I tried to track the packages, no luck. I spent 30mins trying to contact customer service to request a refund only to be further frustrated when I received a canned auto reply that basically told me I'm beat. There doesn't seem to be any actual customer service. Just a scam to collect money.

I ordered a halter top dress; I usually don't order clothing online, but this looked so cute. However, I was disappointed; the zipper stuck, and the chest gapped open in a very unflattering way; it just didn't fit right. As of today, Rosegal refunded my money to PayPal, sent me a nice note, and told me I needn't bother shipping the dress back. So I will donate it, per their suggestion. And I am upgrading my one-star review to three. I didn't care for the merchandise, but their customer service was more than satisfactory.

I ordered a really pretty top a week ago. On my Rosegal account it says processing waiting for payment. The payment was processed from my account the day I ordered I have messaged 3 times. I am aware that the items I'm purchasing are from China, so the only part I don't like is the waiting game. But otherwise, I always order a size or two larger than what I normally wear, and everything is perfect and as described. If you don't mind waiting a few weeks for your order, then this is the place to shop if you're a single mom on a budget like me.

I used this site to purchase a dress for a bridal shower, well two to be exact. The processing said 3-5 days, 10 days later my order was still not processed. Contacted customer service and told me I needed to choose an item that processes in 3-5 days, which I did. Boiled down to that I selected another dress, it did arrive just in time for the shower. However im still waiting for a refund for a dress I cancelled weeks ago and I'm not getting screwed on a refund. The dress I opted to get was cheaper than the origional price of one of the two dresses I origionally purchased and now I'm only getting back not even the cost of one dress. I contacted customer service again and the said they could only refund me back $19 and some change and gave me a 10% coupon code to use on a future purchase. What a joke. And still waiting for my account to reflect a refund. Will never ever buy anything from them again and I suggest you head the warning from all the other bad reviews. I should've looked into this first but was desperate to find a particular dress. Lesson learned I guess.
