I ordered a top from this site and received the wrong top, wrong color and it had a tear in it. Tried to call them, it rings and goes to ringing busy. This is every time I have called at different times and on different days. Tried to "live chat" but they never answer. Not a great way to get business. I will never buy or recommend them. I am very disappointment in this site.

I am so angry. I definitely should've done more research on this company, I was just so happy to see a sight that offered vintage dresses that I was put off guard. I paid for 5-7 day expedited shipping. I receives my clothes 3 weeks later. Also, the quality was worse than crap. Not to mention I want to return my clothes and get a full refund because the clothes I ordered were way too big (don't tell me to check the size chart, because I did). They make it really difficult to return my clothes, and get the full refund I deserve.

I like this online store and the prices are good. The variety of clothes are terrific, and the shipping very fast, for sure I will buy every time I can.

BEWARE! I just got a call from DHL delivery service stating that I have to pay duties and taxes in the amount of $37.15! The first time I ordered from Rosegal I believe Canada Post delivered it and there was no duties and taxes charged. Now this makes what I bought from Rosegal too exspensive and so therefore never again can I buy from them and that is a shame. I already made Rosegal aware of this huge issue.

I ordered 3 bathing suits. It took 3 weeks to receive them, and they are all way too small. I found their "customer support" phone number that rings once and then hangs up! I tried to submit a "ticket" to ask how to return the items I ordered. I had to choose the subject for my order but the subject I needed was not listed. I could not submit the ticket without selecting a subject that did not relate to my question. What con!

I received my order, I ordered the correct size but it is miles to small, be aware the sizing is not correct. I take a 16-18 and ordered X3. It is too small and I can't do anything about it except give it away... Apparently it is my fault... Expensive mistake...

It's very frustrating to wait and wait for an order. This has happened to me three times! I contacted rosegal many times and in the end you hopefully get a refund. Why order something that will never get to you? I will not be ordering from rosegal ever again. Very undependable. Just know you are taking a risk when you order.

I placed my order on rosegal on June 14th, I ordered 6 bathing suits.
I received 4 of the bathing suits on June 29th, they came in small, thick, quality plastic bags with zippers and the logo "Zaful" on the front.
The quality of the bathing suits definitely exceeded my expectations for the price I paid.
The sizing is as the website stated in their sizing charts.
Be careful when ordering sizes though, as some of the dimensions for the bathing suits were different for each style. For example for one suit that may have been a size small, another suit may have been a size medium but had the same dimensions as the size small suit.
I am a size 32C cup and usually a medium (size 3,4, or 5 pant or 26 inch waist depending on the type of pant) bottom but I fit a small or medium in the suits I ordered.
Although I am still waiting for 2 more suits to arrive I am quite pleased with the ones I have received, you just have to be super patient on the shipping and understand that they are being sent from China which will take longer to ship than normal.
And for the price being paid, you can't have the highest expectations for customer service.
For my 6 bathing suits I only paid $103 and that price is including shipping, handling, and duty.
I recommend ordering from this site as long as you're not in a rush to receive your order.
If you are ordering bathing suits for a vacation give yourself at least 2 months just in case your order takes longer to arrive.
