I ordered a dress for a one time special occasion to match my friends dress for our trip to NY Midevil Times dinner.
Ordered this dress with the idea that it would be shipped within the 3-5 day shipping period which is posted on the site. Come to find out that the dress was shipped 2 weeks after.
I leave for my trip TOMORROW and still no dress. I had to buy a totally different dress and color due to the fact that I don't have the extra funds. Now the accessories that I have purchased for the dress do not match this dress. I have contacted them via email twice with no response. Also thru fb and their phone number does not work.

My son had me order a fidget spinner from there. I paid with PayPal, so it grabbed my billing and shipping information from there, which I confirmed was correct and have received many items from other companies. Donegal system combined the 2 addresses, creating an invalid address, so it was undeliverable and sent back. Now they want my 10 year old son to pay the return shipping costs back to them, and shipping costs to send to us to the correct address. All they are, are thieves. Wish I could select 0 stars.

I have to say, I usually do my research on reviews before I order from a new site, but this time I was optimist. Call it being dazed by the beautiful clothes and amazing prices, that I went forward with ordering online. Only after did I read all the reviews for this site. They were not great. I figured I may as well at least give the benefit of the doubt and see how my order was handled- no expectations, just hoping for the best. Honestly, I am very pleased. I ordered two gorgeous bathing suits in size M, some lingerie, and a top to be shipped to Canada. I receive email confirmation immediately that my order was placed and I could track the status in real time. Half of my order was shipped only 2 days after placing my order. My package arrived in 7 days to my doorstep. So far, so good. Both bathing suits were perfect, exactly as described. The fabric is your polyester blend, but still beautiful. Colour and size exact, and fit just like the photos online. The rest of my package is still yet to be shipped - but overall I am very pleased with what I have received so far.

I recently received my order from Rose Gal and I ordered a 3x. The clothes that I received had a 3x on the label, but were more like a medium. The material was heavy polyester that felt rubbery. Very unhappy with the product.

Still have not received my order. Customer service is horrendous. You can't talk to a live person. They say your package is on the way. I've been waiting 3 weeks now. I wanted outfit for 4th of July... guess that's not happening. Buyers beware. Never again!

I ordered from Rosegal for the first time on the 6th of June. They shipped my package really quick, but it arrived on the 30th of June, so be prepared that you need to wait for some time. The item I ordered was the same as described on their website, and I was a bit afraid about the quality before ordering, but I actually think the quality is very good! The color is also identical as on the picture. It fits me well. I am satisfied with my purchase and I think I will order from Rosegal again.

I just purchased my first items from this stie and will never do it again. I should have done more research before I ever purchased from them. First of all, it took a really long time to get the stuff. Secondly, it was shoddily made -- one of the shirts was see through in the back the material was so thin. The other item was ill-fitting. And worst of all, I did read on their site that they had a 30-day guarantee and return. The truth is from the US, I have to pay the airmail shipping costs and that process will take as long to get my money back as it did to get the clothing. Buyer beware!

Ordered a toy on June 24 for my son's birthday. Received an email stating it had shipped same day. On July 3, tracked shipping. CHINA had received their order on June 27 and the rest of the tracking is in Chinese characters. They never indicated it was shipping from China and they stated it had shipped on June 24.
From Rosegal's June 24 email: "Your order number is ZZP************** and we have shipped your order out today."

I ordered clothing from Rosegal and it was promptly delivered. The sizing is different from usual sizes fitting bigger than it should. Maybe Canadian sizing is different from US. Problem was resolved with contact with support department and done quickly.

I placed an order on 6/3/2017. I ordered 4 items and when one items was not in stock I received a message stating I can pick another item and pay the difference or get a refund. I chose to get a refund and it was quickly added to my account. I received the other 3 items on 6/28/2017. I live in Ohio in the United States. I was not payed at all for this review. I was literally thrilled with the 3 items that I received.
I ordered cat eye sunglasses, an eyeliner assistance tool, and a P EZ travel urinal for hiking. *Side Note* If you are a hiker order at least 2 of these. They truly do work.

Okay so I might have assumed the worst having read the reviews and lack of contact from this company. After posting the review and contacting PayPal they provided a full refund... and the item then turned up! So they do appear to be a genuine company but should be more open about how long things will take to arrive. As for the item itself - I ordered the palazzo trousers. The quality was fine but Thry don't look like the picture - it was the same pair of trousers but they just look so different in reality - there was so much material it looked like the bottom half of a burka. I was told order was shipped on 11 June. Yodel said they hadn't received it to deliver. Despite several attempts to contact these jokers - nothing. All I can advise to anyone who has already parted with their money is VISA CHAREGE BACK. Don't let these idiots take your money and run. They have a vast collection of plus sizes clothes, colorful and sexys, at good prices. It has rewards, games and you can get points whith the shopping, so it's a bit addictive, but I change all my wardrobe.

I ordered 4 bathing suits ranging from a 3X - 4X just under a month ago. I did in fact receive 1 out of 2, of my packages yesterday. I was really excited to receive these items as they looked really cute, and I followed the size guide for each item to make sure I wasn't wasting my money. When 2 of them arrived yesterday, I tried them on only to find that the 4x would not come up more than 1/2 way on me, and I ordered them a bit larger than my actual size. The 3X was better fitting than the 4X, and it still just barely covers my chest. The straps on both bathing suits are really thin (and I'm large chested) so they do not provide support, and honestly feel like they might snap if I do not re-enforce them on my own. Really disappointed as I would have loved to keep ordering from Rosegal had the items fit.

I ordered on 5/12/17; it is now 6/29/17 and still no bathing suit. On my first order I placed with Rosegal, I experienced this same problem. I order a sweater in December 2016 (winter) and it received March 2017 (spring). I figured I give it another try. They got me again! They are the worse!
