It's been over a month and I have NOT received my two bathing suits I ordered. Wish I would have seen these reviews before placing my order. Definitely a scam. I tried to call and their phone is disconnected. I tried to email and never received a response. I'm going to continue to try to contact them for my money back. HORRIBLE ONLINE COMPANY. I bought a swim suit, still haven't got, it is suppose to be shipped to one place and is sitting in a whole other state. Bad Service, ordered June 2,2017 have not received my item, their customer service # *******188 always busy or cuts off can't leave message. Their chat person knows nothing, was told to go to U. S, Postal Service to see if package was there he had no shipping info. U.S. Post office said they do not have tracking # that starts with ZZP as the one I was given. I e-mail Rosegal and there is no response. My next call will be to Pay -Pal as they deducted payment on same day of order and am going to open a resolution case, this was my first order from this Rosegal Co. Never again. Advice buyers to be ware.

I ordered a swing suit, a blouse and a beach mat... over 58 days ago and I still have yet to receive anything. I have emailed numerous times and gotten the same run around bullcrap from them. Worst online shopping experience ever! They have me a trackinh site and number... and it says my order doesnt exist. Save yourself the time and hassle and order your items from Amazon!... I am so close to filing a claim against them... just don't even bother looking at their site. HORRIBLE.

I bought two swim suits. They charged me for three! Two of the same! I did not order three. I tried to call them, there phone was disconnected! I emailed them. I got no response! It's be there weeks, still no swim suits! I will never order from them again! I finally got my swimsuits, after i posted this review, imagine that! And yes you did send and charge for three! 2 of the same swimsuit. The size are not right! The tops are fine, the bottoms my 11 year old couldn't fit in. I do and will not send them back, i will give away, or sell the extra one. And buy new bottoms somewhere else for the other 2. And if you don't want your reputation ruined start doing a better job!

Ordered one shirt on April 04/28/2017, I received an email on 05/17/2017 saying my order shipped. It is now 06/23/2017 and I still do not have my order. Called the customer service number and was told the order shipped on 05/17/2017 and the carrier attempted to deliver on 05/28/2017. Problem is 05/28/2017 was a Sunday and we all know that postal does not run on Sundays. Told her I wanted my money back and then she was like wait for email wait for email I need to check with carrier. This company is full of it and cannot be legit. I just want my money back and they can keep the shirt. I don't even want it anymore.

I placed an order and after 7 days, I sent an email to ask why it had not shipped. According to RoseGal's website, most orders ship in 24 hours but some can take 3-5days to ship. My order qualified for free shipping and when I asked about the ship date since it had been 7 days, I was told that if I wanted to pay a flat shipping rate, but items out ship. I chose not to play their bait & switch game and demanded a refund. What a joke!

Just love to shop again from rosegal. Had few issues with my orders but their customer staff responded very quickly and offered a quick solution. Their quality and price terms are very good.
I paid for 3 to 8 day delivery so my wife could have the swim suit for our trip. It's now been 14 days, we are home from our trip, and it still hasn't arrived yet! If you call customer service, they want your credit card number and your social security number! Are you kidding me! Why would they ask for your social security number. This is a scam company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Believe all of the thousands of horrible reviews they are getting. They are all 100% true.

I ordered two bathing suits and hair extensions and after having paid i see this site. I would of never bought. It took them over a week to ship out ONE bathing suit and the hair extensions and its been another week i havent gotten the items fine i get it takes a while but they never shipped out the other bathing suit i paid for and it was a joke trying to send a ticket in on the site.
The stuff on the site was cute but omg... this isn't worth it. And i need those bathing suits for trip if i don't get it in time I'm going to lose my $#*!.
