When I first decided to shop at Rosegal I heard about it from a blog I follow and I was a bit skeptical since I didn't know much about it. But I decided to give it a shot. You never know about something unless you give it a try. So I decided to shop at Rosegal and my first purchase was a Hoodie Jacket... now the sizing is a bit off since it is from a foreign country but they have a size chart to help you out. Don't Freak Out! It's true the price is inexpensive and it's free shipping. Now it really depends what you order. Sometimes you get things soon, other times it takes a while. Be prepared! As for my order ever since the 1st order their customer service truly has gotten better. If you have an issue Rosegal will gladly help you and work with you to resolve your issue.

Bought several things, and the size chart is wildly off. I am a 2x in every store Ive ever been in. Here I used the size chart and ordered a 4x. When it came it was too small and was very poor quality. I tried to use the support site to get it resolved, and didn't get any where.
Beware! If the price and look are too good to be true... it is!

I ordered a swim suit in May and I am still waiting for it 2 months later. But my money was taken rather quick! 10-25 business days for shipping has come and gone. Getting nothing but the run around when I ask for a refund for something I never got and no longer need. Cant even track the package so they have no idea where it is and never offered me a replacement, only wait another week and contact them again for a refund.

First order was great. Right size wonderful pricing, order on time. Second order was ordered end of may and still dont have. I have contacted them several times to be given a shipping number that cant track. Dont know i would order again.

Rose Gal is the place to shop for some nice lace front wigs. I bought mines from Rose Gal and it arrived very fast and was shipped secure. It's long, soft, and bouncy. I LOVE IT! I will be shopping at Rose Gal Again.
I was very excited to finally receive four of the five items I ordered today (I had anticipated the slow delivery based on the comments I'd seen). Sadly, despite the fact that I can wear almost any 3X right off the rack at most stores, none of the items I received came close to fitting -- not one. I couldn't even get my arm in the sleeves. I am VERY disappointed that their plus-sized items do not run true to size. I submitted my online "enquiry" (sic) and received an acknowledgment, but it's pretty clear from the way the page is set up that they make the returns process as cumbersome as possible. I am expecting a long wait and a lot of arguing before money is restored to my credit card.

I think rosegal has a very effective, easy-to-use searching method. I got the products I ordered absolutely just like shown in the pictures. I like the bonus system very much. :)

I was looking for a long sleeve swimsuit and found the perfect design at Rosegal, also very cheap.
Shipping was not expensive at all and the item arrived in about 2 weeks to Europe.
The item was a good fit, for the price it's an amazing product.
They have a lot of vouchers/coupons, unfortunately I missed a 15% discount the first time (it's my fault), so pay attention to that:)

Ordered a dress and a shirt on 4/17/17, my mother died (fortunately, she was revived and is doing okay), but, long story short, I got busy and forgot. Emailed and asked where my stuff was and "Hulda" referred me to terms of service which states; (paraphrased) if we don't send you your stuff in 3 months we keep your $" I wouldn't even recommend this company to people I really don't like just because I don't want the 'Gals to get the revenue. Look forward to reading about their insolvency in the business section.

I have always seen the name Rosegal popping up all the time on face book, but i never paid it much mind. When i did peep at it one day, i said to myself, these clothes can't be real and so cheap, so i never bother to give it a try. One evening i came in from work, and my good family friend was at me, and showed me some things she had bought from Rosegal, and i said to her for real, so i decided to give it a try, all like now, she had one order, and i think this is my 7th order for the year 2017, Of course there where a few hiccups along the journey but i hang in there because of the service given to me. I must say though, if i have a problem, i always get a quick response to help me find a solution, I am always asking questions, and they always reply, very positively , i must they they are helpful, to me it is like a friendship between me and them, it is like family. When i read some of the reviews, i often wonder what happens with these people or where do they live, that some of the experiences sounds so horrible, while for me that is the opposite. Life do have its ups and downs and nobody is perfect, so i givein, that sometimes you will become angry when things dont go as you expected. I do trust them to deliver and improve on their service, all of these problems, will bring growth and a better experience for others as well. I must say it is a joy to shop with them. and i look forward to doing much more, i must say i never let the little ups and downs deter me from shopping, because they answer me so quickly and is very kind and willing to go all out to help, Good service i must say. My shopping experience at Rosegal was a good one. My expectations were met tenfold. Customer service was really good. Products I ordered were true to size/fit, and true to pics as well. Made very well, looked styly. I am of large proportions in build and to find something that actually fits and looks lovely is a big plus for me. Communication was excellent, letting me know each step of where my item/s were. Delivery time was an unexpected 10 working days, which is real fast, compared to other websites I shop at which vary between 3 weeks to 2 months, and then to be disappointed, then deal with poor communications. This site it bogus. Beautiful clothes that are cheaply made. I got all excited looking at all the gorgeous clothes that they had. I had a cart full of stuff and was almost about to purchase over $200 in new stuff when i realized that there "4X" is a US 22... or even a 20 at times.
I'm sorry, but if your a REAL plus size lady, a 4X is NOT A 22! Thats just insulting and ruined my whole outlook on this site.

I order two shirts and received one unseen on the sleeves. Am in the process of getting a refund to PayPal which is asking me to send back to china which would cost me more if not double what I paid- No good seller DO NOT USE I am still fighting with paypal

Rosegal has beautiful clothing and accessories that I love and find at a great price. They offer free shipping on all orders so I am only paying for the clothing that I purchase. Their orders generally take about 10 days to get and they always send tracking on all of my orders. Customer support is friendly, courteous, and very helpful and they get back to me within 2-8 hours of asking my question. I love the plus size fashions they have and have currently ordered 4 times over the past few months from them and have had no issues.
