Clothes are not true to size- not even close. Very inconsistent sizing at best. Jewelry ok, but don't expect high quality. Returning this stuff looks to be difficult and have to pay shipping to do so. I'm ok with that- I don't want the stuff I want a refund. Pictures of product and sizing are VERY deceiving. We will see if I am successful getting them returned and a refund. You have to get an authorization to return the items, and then they ask for pictures to substantiate why you don't want the stuff. Well if I can get my left leg into a pair pants that are soooo mis-sized, do you really expect me to take a picture? Took a long time to arrive- nearly a month.
Their sizing is completely off! When I followed through on their 30 day return policy I found out that I had to pay to send the items back. They require them to be sent by AIR and with TRACKING - the cost to return the items was more than double the original charge!

The is the worst company to ever do business with. I ordered 3 tops. One was back order. 1st problem: is shipments are coming from China. You don't know that until you place order. 2 that came, the was marked as a 2X, but would not pull over my chest. Had to give it to my sister. Had to reorder the backorder shirt. They say "free shipping" they give you a tracking number. However, they don't tell you unless you pay a separate tracking fee, you are not going to be able to track the order. Customer service will not track for you & advise where your order is. After waiting 60 days for order to arrive (never did arrive) Customer service suggested I reorder & this time pay the tracking. You mean to tell me unless you pay a tracking fee you will not receive your order. This is the worst experience I have every had with an online company!

Ordered a rug - photo showed a nice sized bamboo rug. It took almost a month for me to get it. I contacted them 4 times to see where my package was and they told me since I did not pay the extra fee, I could not track my package. I finally got my order today - rug is very cheap looking and was folded and the fold will never come out. I'll never order from here again. Very cheap stuff.

I bought some make-up brushes and a wig at Rosegal to just try them out and evaluate their shipping service. The order was processed and payed on the 22nd of June 2017, we now on the 2nd of August 2017, nothing, and despite my efforts to contact their customer service, they gave me a bull story of how I did not pay for extra fees for a tracking number. The long and the short, I think I have been scammed, as my order is not here yet. I know South Africa is quite a distance, but really now 40 days to deliver such a small order. I ordered wunderbrow the other day and it was from the US, within 7 days my package was here, free delivery and all.

Sizes were wrong even going by there size chart ordered a black and white swim suit got a beige and black, towels are a silky material not a cotton towel material, and the coverups are awfully sew silky pieces of material with spaghetti straps added to them and wrong size! Will never do this again. I am not pleased with anything in this order.

I placed an order that shipped June 8th, I still don't have the item. I have contacted them and they give a standard email they are looking into it and I shouldn't do anything until the delivery deadline expires Aug 9th. That's crazy 2 months! Well that's not even the worst part a little while after placing my order I get a call from the fraud department of my credit card and they noticed some charges they felt were fraud. The charges were not mine and it seems strange that the fraud happened after I made a purchase from RoseGal and I never got the purchase. I placed an order back in MAY. The product STILL hasn't been delivered. I've sent contacts to the website, and they tell me "Shipping can take up to 45 business days" But no where on their site is that told to the customer. Now they are offering to refund me, finally, or resend. Sure, I want to wait ANOTHER 45 business days for you to fail to deliver on your product again. I purchased an order of a shower curtain to the carpet I received an email of the wrong one I canceled it less than a minute after ordering it via email via phone and be a Messenger that they have on Facebook days later they shipped it out regardless of my cancellation and refusing to credit me my money I have copies of proof that it was canceled less than a minute after ordered. On my recent orders that i have received all the items fit perfectly and come to my place in a decent amount of time, it doesn't take forever to get here, in the last few orders everything I have ordered has been shipped out and nothing has been reimbursed.
They are taking too much time for delivery. Shipping started on 24th Jun. They said it has arrived in Canada on 6th July and today it's 28th July still not arrived. 22 days in canada? Is it roaming in all over Canada? It's pathetic. Very bad service.

Rosegal hasn't got the right sizes and next to that I had to pay double the amount because my package was shipped from Singapore/China. They do say on the website that they have free shipping but that there is a possibility that you need to pay import taxes. If I would know beforehand that my package would be shipped from Singapore or China I would never ordered it. Again I had to pay 45 for import taxes! The same amount as my order of 1 dress and 1 bikini. I am not happy with this. They should be clear were (which country) they are shipping from and make sure the sizing is right.

5 bought 5 swimsuits and 2 blouses and I wear a 2x in normal stores so I ordered 5x for 4 swimsuits and 4x for the other one of them fits the other 4 are so small I can't even began to put them on. They are the same size so why won't they fit? One of the 5x blouses is super big actually to big and the other one is super small.
I would return everything but one item but they say you can't return swimsuits so I'm stuck with 6 unusable items. PLUS SIZE WOMEN DON'T BUY FROM HERE! SIZE CHARTS ARE INCORRECT! QUALITY ISN'T VERY GOOD EITHER!
