RoseGal is a scam.

RoseGal never shipped the item to my address and refused to resend or offer refund. Stay far away. This is bogus. I deactivated my debit card after this business. Go to Nordstrom where the patrons have integrity.

I ordered bathing suits and a coverup. Their sizes were about 3 times too small. Their site also doubled my order without me knowing it. After taking weeks to get the parcel they are now saying I must wait for the second parcel to arrive before they will talk about the issue. The quality is extremely poor. The suits are not hemmed... simply cut. I would NEVER order from these people again. They make it look like it is a legit company but the product arrived from Malaysia and the responses you get are NOT the perfect English that is used in the advertising.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

We ordered 4 bikinis and only received 1. They say the package was delivered butit inly had one bikin in it! Where are the other 3? No refund, no apology, CRAP COMPANY

I ordered from Rosegal in June because of ads that kept popping up on my Facebook page. Several of my friends had liked the company so I thought I'd give it a try. I should have asked them directly about their experience or done my own research before ordering. My email from Rosegal tells me my items were shipped to Canada on June 22. They still haven't arrived. Almost two months later. Is this normal? So far, I am not impressed. If the clothes are poor quality as people have been saying here, then I guess I really would have thrown my money away.

Ordered a blue-winged fidget spinner, they are popular in the States right now. 3 weeks later and package has not arrived. BAD IDEA TO ORDER FROM THIS FOREIGN COMPANY! I gave them the benefit of the doubt so I waited. 6 weeks later I contact them and No Answer to my email about the product. 8 weeks later and I'm pretty sure I will not see my money returned or the product at my doors. Atleast when this happens on AMAZON I get my money back, even from a foreign company.

They are a scam

I purchased something from that on June 29. Today is Aug 11 I have NOT received my package. Been in contact with them since Aug. 1st. And they are telling me I have to wait until Aug 29 to resolve my situation. I will never order from them nor recommend there website.

I live in Canada and ordered fidget spinners form these guys. After placing the order they send me a link from Malaysia post giving the dispatch details. Even after two months of waiting I did not get the item. When I contacted them and asked for a refund they are again asking me fir my address which they already have in their system and are also asking me to go check with my local post office! Anyway since its only a few dollars, I am not going to pursue it anymore. Please beware of these guys and stay away!

Buyer Beware

What a scam! I bought two pair of sunglasses July 6th and recieved a tracking number which everything is in a different language. I call the number listed it rings twice then hangs up so you can't reach a live person. I wouldn't recommend anyone to order from RoseGal. What a trashy company I wish I would have read through reviews before purchasing. Never Again!

Tres bonne experiences

J'ai fait ma premiere commande a rosegal le 02 juillet malgré des commantaires pas rejouissant. Et bien en réalité tout c'est bien passé. J'ai commence par une petite commande (environ 20). Le delai de livraison est certes long (1 mois) car j'ai choisi le transport gratuit. Toutefois, c'est pas plus long qu'un article epuisé sur d'autre site et dont on paie le transport. Les vetements commandé sont dans les grandes tailles car je suis ronde. Faire attention a la grille des tailles (pour moi un4XL correspond à un 48 francais). Ils sont super comme sur les photos et bien taille. La qualite sera certe pas eternelle mais pas moins que dans tout les magasins "chinois" qui s'ouvre partout et sont qqf plus cher. Et surtout pas de grande taille. Donc commencez par une petite commande et faites vous votre opinion.

I bought three Large shirts from them and they were tiny. I later realized that they had a different sizing in China so I copped it on the chin and after some research I ordered three XXXL shirts. They arrived and all are different sizes. Beautiful shirts but can't trust the sizes. I have written to them explaining with photographic proof but still no joy.

Where do i start? Don't ever do business with this company. Their clothes are the cheapest copies you can find anywhere. I sent 4 items back after thinking that what i was getting was what was advertised. It is NOT. They send you garments that they copied and cheap, cheap, cheap. One garment was torn at the seams. I received a form to fill in and an address to send these back to at my expense of course. I had my doubts about them already so tracked the parcel and found that the address is impossible to find as it is a warehouse in the middle of a business park with no name. So the courier couldn't find it. After numerous daily exchanges through their 'ticket' system, the only way to communicate i have got nowhere. It's been nearly 3 weeks now. They refuse to call me or the collect plus depot who have kindly given me a number for them to call but they won't. They haven't given me a proper address, no other information is forthcoming infact they seem to have got fed up and are now stalling and taking longer to come back to me each time. I have paid to send this parcel back but they just can't be bothered to help. Any info or help as to what i can do would be appreciated.

August 8, 2017

I posted about them stealing my money and since then they keep contacting me asking for the same screen shot over and over. I have proved the order is paid 3 times. Don't ever order from them they will steal your money and never ship the product.

Unexpected shopping experience

"Those low prices - that can't be good quality!", my mother said. But I wanted to try and order anyways and so I did.

Ordering is a very easy process, paying is easy too (there are a lot of options you can decide from). I had a small question about shipping to Europe and the customer service answered fast and very friendly. My order arrived fast and I was very surprised. I did not pay very much, but I also did not expect such a good quality! I will definitely order again!
