I love Rosegal's plus size category!

Not only have I always been very pleased with Rosegal during the two years I've been their customer, but their plus size category never ceases to amaze me. The items look really good, and they are *really* plus size. I've found many cute clothes that fit me like a charm, when it's usually such an ordeal to pull off in real-life stores. The shipping is fairly quick too. I definitely recommend!

Legit company or not

Ordered on line. Received two emails from Rosegal clearly stating my credit card payment had been accepted. Received an email today stating that my credit card was being refunded for total amount. I did not authorize this so I questioned customer service. Here is what they wrote back.
Unfortunately your order has been cancelled and refunded due to online payment security measures. We would like to extend our apologies for this inconvenience.
Please rest assured that we would still love doing business with you.
As a proof of good will, we would like to reward you exceptionally with 5% discount on your next order if you accept to pay via Wire transfer or Western Union.

This strongly suggests to me they are not a legit company. If a consumer sends a wire transfer or via Western Union there is no protection if Rosegal fails to fill order or will not allow refunds. Once the money is gone the consumer is out of luck. Credit card companies do back up their clients and will issue a credit until the dispute is settled. I plan to report Rosegal to the Retailers Association of America and the Better Business Bureau. I have a strong suspicion that they are not legally allowed to sell or do any type of business in the United State and Canada.

Made it right

I loved this place before until my order never came and they gave me the run around but they have tried to make it right finally and say they are refunding my order from June that never came. This was the first bad experience I had with them so I will give the benefit of the doubt.

Rosegal

I ordered 6 shirts all the same, except for each one a different color. All were made well, with the exception of one. This one was not made correctly at all. It fits incorrectly and is made differently (for some unknown reason). I want to send it back, but don't know how to do it.

My name is Eric. 49yr. Old American. My son's name is Max he's 7 years old when he graduated 2nd grade I told him I would buy him a present anything he wanted he wanted a gold fidget spinner I ordered it from Rosegal and NEVER GOT IT!
I emailed I text CANT REACH ANY BODY THAT CARED! They sent shipping policy junk in Chinese!?@#!$Ă— never received any thing. Never got a refund never got ahold of anybody! Wow scammers? I guess... Don't waste your money here cuz they will steal it! He turns 8 Aug 28th I love him so much! & Im a College grad but unemployed :( They really let my son down! But JESUS LOVES :)

Company is a rip off

Ordered 4 items and only received 3. Called the customer service number given rings 3 times then goes to busy signal.
No way to find out what happend. Bad enough have to wait 4 weeks to get order. This company is just not worth it.

We placed an order with rose gal for a bathing suit in late May, waited all summer for arrival (and tried to check in about order to no avail) and finally after all was said and done they said they would absolutely not compensate us and it was lost in the Mail. No attempt to talk to me on the phone, no attempt to rectify the situation and no intention of refunding the money that my 12 year old daughter saved up for this bathing suit. Not only is summer gone with no bathing suit arrival but also no refund on what my daughter worked hard to earn on her own. A real crap company!

Missing part of order
August 20, 2017

This a crap company. They keep sending the same replys to all problems. I didn't receive the last article from my order placed on July4/17 as of today August31/17. They sent me an email stating that they would resend another article I requested to replace the one missing. That order was supposedly sent out on August 21/`17 and as of today August 31/17, I checked the tracking number and it has not even arrived in Canada yet. This company told me the shipping time would be 8-15 business days. I would say that if it is not yet in Canada, this parcel will also either be quite awhile yet to get here or it will be lost in the mail too. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY> THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

I really love my item that I purchased, good quality and perfect fit, the only thing I could complain about is how long the delivery took but I understand it's coming from a different country so it's understandable, I would recommend rosegal to people looking for cheap good quality clothes
