Rip Off!

I ordered 3 wall tapestries. Received 3 pieces of FABRIC with dull, lifeless blurry images. Looked NOTHING like the crisp, clean images advertised! The pieces of fabric ate NOT beautiful, colorful, and scenic. Edges of very thin Fabric are stitched around. Worthless. I will not be ordering anything else ftom Rosegal. I do not trust the quality of the merchandise. Ripped off...

Awful
September 11, 2017

Ordered a dress and a cute American Flag looking top for the 4th of July. Its September 8th and I still haven't heard from them. They sure charged my credit card though. They grabbed that money fast. Won't ever order again.

Horrible!

Absolutely horrible place to buy from! Waited 3 weeks to get what was supposed to be a 5-8 day shipping. Once I got the 2 shirts they charged me 38$ for, I couldn't wear them because their extremely small. What was supposed to be a 2x looks like a large. When I called to return the items, they kept giving me the run around. Took me 4 days to actually get ahold of someone, for them to only transfer me 4 times, to tell me they don't do returns? NEVER AGAIN will I buy anything from this business. Absolutely awful!

Ridiculous sizes

I ordered a 4xl jacket from them and was unable to even get my naked arm into it. I tried to give it to someone at work but no one was able to put the jacket on and still be able to flex their arm. A complete waist off money.

Sizing chart is a joke
September 10, 2017

I have 8 blouses that I ordered from them... not one of them fits. Plus the size chart says that a 5x will fit... joke. It looks to be about a Medium in the US sizing. Money down the drain. I tried 3 or maybe four orders... each one ordered bigger than the last... I am a 1x or 2x here in the US>

I just got these pants in the mail yesterday. Per the size chart I ordered a 5x, again. I have to pull them up under my bra to have them not be too long to wear. It is almost 20 inches from crotch to waist band.!

I ordered a blouse size was extremely smaller than size ordered. And there were no return forms or options included in package. And no order Id... no paperwork at all.

Ordered my items 8 weeks ago. Received nothing. Coincidently ordered something else from another company based in America, received within 2 weeks. Not sure I will receive my items. Tracking number helps nothing - apparently my item is not trackable ( I will probably receive the automated feedback shortly). I won't recommend ordering from them.

I posted a review of Rosegal about sizing being way off. And it is. However, Rosegal refunded my purchase price and I feel that was an adequate solution. I do have to say, though, that their sizing is not correct. Be very careful when ordering something. At the end of the day, it is now September. I have my money back but I do not have bathing suits that fit and it is unlikely I will find one this late in the season.

DONT SHOP HERE

I ordered two blouses in the spring for summer. I have not received them and it is September. They keep opening tickets and claiming the items have shipped but I have never received them. I attempted at one point to pay the additional shipping charges they wanted to redeliver and still never received anything from them. They told me they would credit me minus the shipping charges, but I have not received a credit either.

Will not be utilizing Rose Gal again. Ordered one product, paid, was supposed to be shipped within 7-10 days it's been four weeks and product has not been delivered. Attempts to resolve issue have been neglected by RoseGal.

I bought two swim suits and a dress in 2 and 3XL size plus a 3 XL dress. They are all tiny. Max a UK size 12.
THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR CASH.
THEY ARE CHINESE CROOKS.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. I WILL HAVE TO GIVE ALL THE STUFF-about $50 to charity shop. If I did pay to return to China charges for post extortionate and so easy for them to say they never got parcel. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Hello, you probably noticed that it says Free Shipping Worldwide on their website, I bought three items and two of them were explicitly labeled with free shipping. When I paid for my order I didn't have to add any extra fee which is nice, but after two weeks they sent me a message telling me that the products were back-order and asked me to either wait more or change/cancel the order. While trying to change the order, I found out that the items I bought were now cheaper and none of them were unavailable, when I told them about that, they asked me to add 14$CAD extra because they had to use a different way to ship the items. After a lot of messages with them I decided to cancel the order and was refunded the full amount, but now my 8 years old daughter is very sad for not getting her items, I had to explain to her that Rosegal are not a honest company.

Never Again

I bought a shirt and never received it. When I contacted the company they had me fill out the same form twice. The first time they gave me some bogus information about delayed shipping. The second time they are telling me that it is three months past purchase date and they can no longer help me! What do they care they got their money. I am just glad I didn't lose too much. I would give them zero stars but it will not let me! Very poor customer service. Do not waste your time!

Shipping Issues?

I ordered something at the beginning of the summer and once it had been over 25 business days and my order hadn't arrived, I contacted customer service. They told me to wait a few more days to see if it would arrive and to check my post office in case it was there. By this time I was very frustrated that I had to go through all of this trouble and contacted them again, letting them know that I had not received it. Luckily they refunded all of my money back, but it was quite a hassle which I was not happy about. I really liked the item that I had ordered and wanted to re-order it, but to have to wait 25 business days and with the chance that it might not arrive again doesn't seem worth it.
They had good customer service and seem to mean well, but after reading other people's reviews, it looks like they may have a problem with their shipping methods.

I love shopping at Rosegal. I am a plus size woman (size 24-26) and they have a great selection for me. Be sure to pay attention to the SIZE CHARTS because I am normally a size 2X to 3X but on Rosegal I am a 5X. But that was easy to determine with the size chart. Everything has fit perfectly! I have bought tops, a dress, a beach cover-up, earrings, necklaces. I have not bought pants or anything for the home yet, but I would if I saw something I wanted. I done a couple of orders and have stuff in my cart right now... oh that reminds me, I love the "save for later" feature. Lets me put stuff in my cart and then at check out time, I can pare it down and wait for later on some stuff and just buy what I can afford to and want most right now. They have a great points reward system too - I am on there every day! I did have one order where they cancelled one item because they were out of stock... but it was just one item (out of about a dozen things I have bought) and they refunded me the money and gave me some reward points as an apology - that is customer service!

Very disappointing
September 3, 2017

I ordered just one shirt from them - after 3 weeks I tried to check the status of my order. First the customer service number that is provided for the US does not go through to any number, just does not even ring. Then tried to do a Live Chat and they were telling me that my item had been out of stock. I received no notice from the company about this but they sure took my money. No refund of any sort was given, guess I should be grateful that the top was cheap.
