I ordered my clothing on September 17. Received 4 out of my 5 blouses. 3 of them don't even come closer to the size I ordered. On top of that I was asked by the courier to pay duties and taxes! I paid $77.50 for 5 items and paid $29 in duties and taxes! I wonder how much they will charge me for one shirt once it will come in mail. Worst experience ever! I am not going to send it back all the way to China just to be ripped off again.
I received today the parcel from Xiawan, China with a $25.63 bill from fedex for customs fees already paid by them.

Rosegal, is awesome i love the experince that i have had with rosegal their clothing is awesome... I would recommend to family friends
So I purchased two jackets and payed extra to have it shipped in time. They jackets came six weeks later that the time offered.
The jackets were wwaaaaayyyy to small. Their sizing is way off.
The quality in their materials was very van and the jackets had a horrible smell to them.
I tried contacting their customer suport and never got a response.
I ended up donating them to goodwill.

Rosegal has nice clothes, fast shipping and good deals. I am very satisfied with the experience and will go back often to shop. They, also, have beautiful things for the home.
I have not received my order with rosegal yet. But they have refunded my money. I still wouldn't advise shopping there unless you live in the same area code. Do your research people. I wish I read more reviews before ordering from there. It was a headache. I'll stick to amazon.

I placed an order back in May it is now September. I am still waiting to receive my items. I have sent 5 emails asking for my money back because the wait time is ridiculous. The tracking numbers don't exist they sent me 1 email with a photo of my parcel. Rosegal is a scam.
Normally I wear a L - XL. Ordered several items for myself and my sister, using the chart to determine sizes (XL for me, 3X for my sister). Some of the 3X items fit me, some I could not even get on. I've received only 3/4 of my order, 3 weeks after I received the email it had been shipped.

I'm really disappointed with Rose gal, I ordered 2items over 2 weeks ago and still have yet to receive them. They were intended to be worn to a wedding and because I have not yet received them I ended up going out and buying a dress, that I shouldn't of has to do. Last update on my order was Sept 13 this is now the 18th. And to make matters worse this the company isn't accredited by the BBB. Will not be ordering again.

I received an email about a month ago saying my order (order # Z**************) had been shipped and they gave me the tracking number: SY*******156. I have not been able to track this package and it is long past the shipping time period they quoted. I ordered the Forest Sunlight Decorative Wall Art Tapestry Size: W79 INCH * L79 INCH and now I am very concerned that I may have been ripped off. I am depending on this tapestry for a children's tutoring center and we already missed our opening date. I am hoping that this item is still on it's way but it is very frustrating that there is no way to communicate with Rose Gal or track the order.

I ordered a skirt which I saw in video review on utube. So my item was ok.
Delivered in 1 week with tracking number.
I have order some clothing from this company online as they are agressive on Facebug, I liked some things. However, over 3 weeks later when the package came in, oh my god, what garbage, and then I try it on... no way. I wear size L, I gave ordered XL and even 2XL, but nothing is larger then S and M. Terrible... I feel like being robbed...; literally.

RoseGal has an amazing selection of great styles to choose from in every category. The quality is better than expected considering their reasonable prices. Shipping is usually relatively fast (considering they are shipping from China) and the items come well packaged.
Customer service is exceptional. If there are any (legitimate) problems, customer service will go out of their way to make it right so that you are happy.
I have had only good experiences with RoseGal and with the relatively few problems I did have, they rectified them right away.
I LOVE the clothing, it fits well, usually looks even better in person and I get tons of compliments when I wear what I purchased from RoseGal.
I will definitely continue to purchase clothing from RoseGal and would recommend them to anyone who wants great selection at reasonable prices!
Ive shopped with rosegal about 5 or 6 times now to be honest ive was sceptical with all the bad reviews out there but hay i tried it and thankgod i did i love the clothing and the prices clothing sizes are a tad on the small size so i brought larger sizes which turned out to be spot on ive also brought jewellery which was really nice the longest ive waited for a item was about 35 days and quickest was 9 days ive recieved everything and had great commuunication with the store when ive contacted them overall i give them a 9/10
