I loved my swimsuit I recently bought from rosegal! Its super cute and wasnt expensive at all. Ill be recommending this site to friends and ordering another real soon.
Do not order from Rosegal. I placed an order with expedite shipping, after 2 weeks I did not receive my items. I called I did not have my order number so they disconnected the call. I called right back with order number and all of a sudden they were no longer available. So I sent a message to facebook messenger I was told the items were out of stock to wait patiently for another 9 days or choose something else. Never did they offer a refund. I requested a refund, Rosegal has yet to respond.

Rose Gal has lots of very inexpensive items available, and offers excellent communication. You can also contact customer service and they get back to you right away (their English isn't perfect but it's understandable). The goods are coming from abroad, so standard shipping takes a long time, but my order did come and I was notified when it shipped.
The watch I ordered was cute -- it was huge and had a black cat on the face. The only problem was that the hands of the watch were also black, and so a lot of the time it's hard to see what time it is!
If you are a size 6 in the states you should order a 10-12 from any of these Chinese sites. And after seeing the smallness of my own order, and another from my cousin, I'd say none of the clothes on this site fit any woman who is larger than size 12. This is especially disappointing because the site claims to be for "plus size women". The quality is sub-par as well. The fabric is very thin. They will also not refund money, you must exchange the items but pay for the shipping.

I cam to Rose Gal because of a FB ad, you know the one, the butterfly shirt that is so eye catching. I was a bit excited when I saw how high their sizes when, but then realized they were asian sizes, so that was important to understand. Using the measurements I bought a 2 dresses, that butterfly top, a new garden hose, and some cake decorating tips. They all came in different packages but I was happy with each purchase. I've returned to buy more from them.
My order is over 1 week late, still haven't received my parcel and they told me to get in touch with the courier (which shouldn't be my job) and they had told me they hadn't even shipped out my order. I told them and I said I need compensation and they just said just said sorry. Disgraceful service, ill never order from them again

Ordered a coat and paid for expedited shipping. It's now been 20 days and no coat. I've contacted customer service multiple times and was told the coat had finally shipped. When I contacted the shipping company there is NO record of my tracking number. Contacted customer service yet again and was given the same tracking number. Contacted the shipping company two more times and told that number is invalid. At this point I am disputing charge with credit card company and will NEVER do business with them again

The clothes look so cute online, but they are cheaply made and the sizes run small. I also got two shirts that ended up being see through and they sure didn't look like it online. It also takes weeks to get your order. I was going to send back my order until I found out it would cost me more to send it back. They may have free delivery but you have to pay the return shipping which isn't cheap. Not to mention you have to get their approval to send the items back.

Before you buy from this place, visit the section « About tax » in the bottom of the home page. The dress cost me 29$ and an additional cost of 10$ for an expedited shipping.
I had to pay import duties of 26$ the morning I received the dress (I live in Canada). No warning by Rosegal when I bought the dress. Nothing. You have to search their page or their terms and politics for any little scam... DON'T PLACE YOU TRUST INTO THEM!
They just want to sell their products, the customer satisfaction is clearly not their priority! At least, they are really not good at it...
