Wow, so I HAVE to respond to the complete crap of a response they just wrote on this site above. So here's a DIRECT quote form the message they sent me about the first order: "Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that due to an issue with the suppliers, we can no longer ship this item to you as it is now unavailable."
So no. It's not that I didn't look at the processing time or that the item will EVER be available. And as for the second tapestry they couldn't send me they said this: "We checked that this item is not available for shipping now." So again, has nothing to do with the processing time.
I then asked for a refund 6 days ago and they responded by saying, "We are arranging a refund of 20.34USD on your original payment account." So it's over now, right? NOPE! No refund has been issued to my bank and instead I get a letter today saying that the item I ordered is popular and that's why the shipment has been delayed. They go ON to say that they're still trying to mail me my item and that they want to give me a discount to buy something else!
I am yet AGAIN emailing them asking for a refund! I cannot believe the games they are playing and the circles they're going in. It's getting completely ridiculous! I have all of our correspondents saved and even though it's only $20, you bet I'll fight them tooth and nail on principle alone to get it back!
All those nice things you see online? Yeah, they don't actually HAVE any of those. I tried to order a wall tapestry and they told me that it was out of stock. They gave me the option of waiting for it to come in, or ordering a different one. I really liked it, so I chose to wait because they told me it would only be another week or so until it was in stock. Well a week later I get another email saying that NOPE! It will NEVER be back in stock. Ok, fine. They have lots of nice tapestries. So I chose another one. Guess what? They don't actually carry that one either. Instead of choosing another item, I asked for my money back and gave them a strongly worded email suggesting that perhaps they shouldn't advertise items they don't actually have.
Nice garments for plus sizes that are affordable. Very quick and positive response by customer service if there is any question/problem that needs to be solved.
The customer service responds quickly and politely to solve problems. If you don't mind dealing with customer service via messages they are very good. It's much easier to contact them if you create a Rosegal account but early on I managed to contact them by email.
If you're going to be ordering from the site you there are some things you should know first if you do not want to be disappointed in the service:
Items will take a very long time to arrive to you when using the cheapest shipping option. You can generally expect three to six weeks for delivery. I can't comment on other shipping methods.
You should carefully review size information on clothing and take note on what sizes fit to your liking. A lot of the clothing is worn by models which helps to imagine fit.
Occasionally they will not have an item that you order and they will want to wait a very long time until they have it to ship. I suggest you revisit the website after 3 weeks of ordering and ask to be refunded for items that haven't been shipped out. I've made lots of orders on the website and this only happened to me during winter 2016 but I can see from other negative reviews that this can happen.
I order the Christmas tapestry, I have waited over a month and I emailed and phoned them with no response. I should of looked at the reviews before I ordered anything. Please do not buy I am dealing with PayPal to get my money back.

Do not order from this company. They will not send you your item and they will keep your money. I don't know how they are in business. You contact them and you a piece of crap automated email saying they will contact you within 24 hours. However, they do not. They are liars and should not be in business. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau to get them shut down. This is not ok. I read reviews about the same thing. What the hell. I've asked for my money back multiple times and nothing. Your company is terrible.

I find Rosegal a good shopping, I'm happy & satisfied with their excllent service, variety of items and good quality!
My items were FOR Halloween, ordered on September 30 with expedited shipping. The items said they would ship out within 3-5 days, but it's been a week and they were still processing. I decided to figure out what's going on, and Rosegal is selling items that they have not even received yet from their supplier! They should not be promising shipping times and processing times if they do not even physically have the items. They said it was not possible for them to guarantee I would receive the items in late October. Why are they even selling Halloween items that won't arrive by Halloween? I'm not sure what the quality of the items is, but the time-management sucks. I will be cancelling my order.

I ordered what was described as an area rug. Very colorful design but it barely qualifies as a bathmat. It os essentially a piece of cheap foam with a pretty design on it. Worst online purchase of my entire life. Live and learn.

Sizing way off. I wear an extra large ordered a size 2x just to be sure and it's way too small. Not even worth returning it because the cost of shipping to China is so much

I have been ordering from Rose Gal for years. I love their unique style selections. Best of all, their prices are extremely reasonable. You do have to pay close attention to their sizing advice. But doing that, I have never been dissatisfied with anything I've received. It's always fit and been what I expected it to be. I'll be shopping at Rose Gal for a long time.

Love a website where I can get clothes for free. Their point system is really easy to use and a little addicting. I'm actually able to find clothes I like, in my size, at a price I can afford. I have a really hard time buying things since I'm plus sized and basically poor, lol. Shipping has been quick and the clothes are just as they are described. Very happy! These are my honest opinions. I'm not being paid to write it and do it of my own desire.
