I came across Rosegal, and was hesitant to buy because of reviews I saw. I am so glad I decided to try them out because I shop there regularly now! Their items are very small for us, Americans;-), so I normally order one size up. I am between a M-L, and order a L or XXL depending how i want it to fit. I have washed one sweater and it came out good as new! I will definitely recommend them!
My tastes in fashion is varied. I dont like to conform to the normal wear. When I stumbled across Rosegal, I loved it. It was a haven of interesting finds. There were vintage 1950s inspired rockabilly dresses and also gothic clothing. I saw some floral dresses too. The Rockabilly really drew me. It was at reasonable price. I also bought some clothes in the sale area. The gothic dresses were stretch and very comfortable. I would definitely come back and shop more.
This is an honest review. I have ordered many times from RoseGal and each time I have been happy with quality, sizing and quick customer service for resolution when I've had concerns. Here my tips to make the most out of your shopping experience:
1. If you are woman and a size 10 US or higher I STRONGLY recommend looking at the "plus" section first as sizes do run smaller.
2. Measure yourself prior to shopping and always go by the specific item's sizing chart. A 2XL in one item may be astronomically different than a 2XL on another item.
3. If the sizing chart doesn't have measurements and only has letter sizing equivalent to US sizing, size up as they do run a hair smaller.
4. If the item is on a model, look at her measurements (RoseGal's model measurements are very accurate) and compare your body to hers and pick your sizing accordingly.
5. Try to find coupons online to maximize your savings
6. Select expedited shipping if possible. It's worth it.
All in all, this is a great clothing website. I'm very happy.

I've received clothes, rugs and purses, and have been extremely happy with my buys. If you can wait the long delivery process, about a month, you should try rosegal out. At first, I was hesitant to make an order in Rosegal. First, the delivery is from outside the country. Second, Im not sure if the sizes really fit. But still I tried because I fell inlove with the designs of their swimwears for plus size. The delivery was long but it was expected since it's from abroad. Just had to put a lot of patience and when I got the items, it was so worth it! I had the perfect size, the design was as it was shown in the website, and the quality of the swimwears are really great! Now, Im waiting for my next order to arrive. Allover, it was excellent!

I ordered a product online which I was told at check out was in stock. I waited over 7 business days and had noticed my item still did not ship (typically ships in 3-5 business days). I contacted an agent from Rosegal and was told the item was no longer in stock and would be available October 10th. I contacted someone again today (october 10th), as I have read many reviews of people never receiving their product and I was told today it wouldn't be in until October 21st. So unprofessional and very disappointing. I ended up cancelling my order.

I made an order from Rose Gal. I bought a shirt, a jacket, a broach, 4 couch pillow cases, an owl color changing light, and some designed plastic for windows. I have bought several times from Rose Gal and as always the shipping and delivery was great. Just had to wait a few extra day on the jacket because it became back ordered. I love everything I bought. I even love the shirt and jacket that turned out not to fit me. (First time buying clothes online.) Customer service was very quick in responding to my ticket I made about the items not fitting. They were so nice and friendly and offered to refund my money or send replacement items of another size. I chose to get a refund because being a large woman I learned that for myself it is better to try on clothes before I buy them. My refund was very quick to be added back to my card.
Do not order from Rosegal. I made the mistake of giving them a shot, and even time to deliver my order. It is international so I said ok it may take awhile. I waited the month it suggested. Then a couple more weeks because it can get stuck in customs. Then I had trouble finding the tracking number because the email receipt they sent me said check your tracking here, but there was no link to click no url nothing.
So I attempted to reach out, but ofc no response to my emails, then I find out that you can contact them by Facebook. So I try there. They take forever to respond, but thats fine, they ask for all the information from the order, then tell me in a second reply to contact my post office.
So now I have to figure out how to contact them to locate it. Spend multiple days trying to reach out by phone but unable to wait long enough because I have to go to work. Then I find out I can report it through email. So I do that, only to say they dont have it. So I reach back out to Rosegal and when they finally respond the only thing they tell me is, sorry but your past the 3month mark report time for us to do anything. Heres our terms and conditions.

I ordered several shirts from Rosegal. Paid for them via Pay Pal. They got their money, they partially shipped my order but for some unknown reason my address was partial, it didn't have my street address, just my name and city, state, zip. When I tracked my order because it was very late, it had been returned. So I sent a message to them and was told it was my fault that I did not put a full address on and that they suggest I check with my neighbors or post office, that they were not responsible. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Let's point the blame and not make the customer happy by just shipping out a new order to fulfill it when in fact the packages will get returned to them as their address is on the package. I AM VERY VERY DISSAPOINTED.

I ordered 2 jumpers on the 16th September and I have still not received them I have spoken to there company 5 times and every time I get robbed off that they can't help me I have spoken to the courier company and they have not got anything waiting for me my delivery was meant to be 7-10 days it has now been over 20 days and I have not received anything from them I have sent emails with no response and been on live chat to them 4 times and they was useless. My order is still missing. I have been advised to check my local post offices to see if they have my item. The shipping company hasnt update the shipping status and its in another language. So not only am i being told to be patient, but i need to go to 3 post offices to see if they have my item. I will never ever use Rosegirl again. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this company. If i could give them a rating of 0 out of 5 i would.

I bought 3 dresses and two didnt fit right. I contacted customer service via phone and they emailed back... so watch your email! They helped me with my refund request after sending the photos to them as outlined in the return policy and they issued refund as I asked. I would shop again no questions!
