Read what the site says. I ordered a shirt and a jacket. I wear a 2X in the USA, the site said that was the equivalent of a 5X in their sizes. I ordered a 5X and other than the armpits slightly being tight it fits close to a 2X. I wouldn't order a 5X if you are a 2X in the USA and wear maybe a D or larger. I ordered expedited shipping and received it 9 days later. The material isn't great, but it's the material the site said it would be. The clothes were clean and neatly packaged in individual zipped bags put together in the shipping bag.
I already have 3 orders at this site and I am very pleased with the products I received. Each time parcels arrived quickly, most arrived at the neighborhood post office. I recommend this site especially if you want better prices and better quality.

My experience with Rose Gal has been very pleasant. All items fit as per the size chart, and everything was just as described. LOVE THEM!
The prooduct is not expensive and the item I bought was well made. I see many reviews about how the product is too small for many consumers. CHECK THEIR SIZE CHART! In the US I am a medium when it comes to most clothes. When I checked their measurements on their size chart I found that according to Rosegal, I am an extra large. It doesn't hurt to measure yourself before you buy. My order fit perfectly.
Unfortunately their warehouse is in china so the product takes some time to get here. Understandable.
The hiccup came when I bought 3 items. Only 2 of the items were shipped. When I contacted their customer service through email they informed me that the last product was out of stock. They told me they would refund my money for the last item. Just checked my account after a week and found that they indeed have refunded my money. So far my experience with them had only a minor issue which they resolved.

The third they sent me a refund without telling me why (apparently they're out of stock, despite the website saying differently). When I went onto customer services they were unhelpful and suggested an alternative that was a 5X - I'm a medium. They refused to offer a discount and told me that I "shouldn't be angry; there's no reason to feel that way." I shall never use them again.
I also suspect the 'positive' reviews are paid for reviews. Rosegal, I think, are paying people to write positive reviews. Don't be fooled; don't order from them.
It became one of my favorite stores since it has good items to choose from.
So far I have not had problems with msi purchases and continue buying more Rosegal items.

All my orders have been good. The quality is good the postage is really quick and as a company their customer service is fab. They keep you well informed and answer any questions you may have.
Ordered from them and they sent the item to an old address... not the address I used when checking out. They refused to send the item to the correct address, and they refused to refund the charge. Now they get the items back and are keeping my money! BEWARE!

Seriously, I don't get angry fast but this shop is a desaster. I paid more money to recieve my package early since it was a birthday present but instead I just recieved a message that I have to wait. Just one of two items had been shipped by priority and instead of contacting me, they send the second one with whatever they liked (slow delivery with up to 25 days waiting). On top of it they didn't write my address correctly so I had to contact the delivery.
Now I doubt that I will even get my second package.

I realy like Rosegal. I'm plussize, and i always find cute things, i never found in a traditional store. For halloween i order a cute pumkin dress and the dress si super cute, i love it.
