I ordered a shirt from this company and was charged for it on my credit card yet i still have no shirt. I tried logging on to the website but forgot my password so I requested another to be sent to my email and I still haven't heard from them and it's been over 24 hours. It has been over a month since I ordered the shirt and nothing. If I don't hear from someone by the end of business today (5pm pacific time) I will be contacting my credit card company.
Ordered two tapestries, ended up with an email saying payment was through and the money was taken out, but then received an email 5 minutes later saying "still waiting for a payment to be made". I am extremely upset and angry about this. I am expecting a reply saying they will resolve this but it sounds like from other people that they say they fix it but never do.

I have ordered from RoseGal twice. Both times I was impressed with the quality. Once I ordered the wrong size, & the customer service team was very friendly, helpful, & fast at fixing my error. I highly recommend them.
I try very hard to avoid companies that ship from outside the US and have subpar customer service but I took a chance on Rosegal. Big mistake, I never got my tracking number or order. Their so called online form does not work so there is no way to contact them. And their online chat is only for pre orders. Companies that do not have a legitimate way to contact like a valid phone number should not be in business. I will file a dispute on this

Despite the negative reviews, I took a chance and ordered a Christmas wall tapestry. Not only did it deliver to Canada in less than 3 weeks, it's absolutely gorgeous. I will definitely be ordering from this site again.

Shame I can't give a zero rating. Wish I'd read these reviews and I'd have never bought from them, Order and dispatch 16th sept not arrived when supposed to be 5 days. Trying to get a refund which they keep saying they have processed but it's all bull. Now claiming through PayPal so I will get my money back but it will take a few more weeks sadly. Absolute scammers I think they must get people that give up and that's how they make so much money from people. I wouldn't ever recommend this site to anyone. Also it's always the same copy and pasted reply for every message you send them.

I had to contact the client suport service because of the size and they were excellent, imidiate response, very nice and avaible to imediate refunde or exchange in case of need.
The product/cost rate is very good.
The shipping was just within the deadlines given so, I was very happy.
RoseGal credited my credit card for that shirt. I ended up giving it charity. Just beware of sizes I bought a 4x and it wouldnt even go over my head. Was not a 4x

I asked abort why they had different prossecing time If you view the site from you phone or on the computer and why they tried to hide that the given time was only processing, they did not lie but the text was clearly ment to decive. I am in love with Rosegal. I have been purchasing items with them for some time now and have had the best success. I always order 2 to 3x my regular size as their clothing does run small, but once you figure out what works their selections are amazing. Be patient with shipping and always buy the tracking. Everytime I get something new I get compliment after compliment. If you have a problem use the ticket process. They are prompt to respond and offer quick solutions.
I am so happy every time I order something in this website! They have a lot of variety in their products and the prizes are very low taking into account the good quality of the items. I will continue for sure buying in this online store and recommend it to everybody :)

I have been waiting since early september for an order. The money was taken and after two weeks of "processing" I was informed that three of the four items were out of stock. I was asked whether I wished to wait, I replied that I did not wish to wait for them to come back into stock and to just send the item they have. Four days later I was informed that my order had been shipped out... the items that I was told were out of stock?! They had ignored my request for a refund.
Now 6 weeks later when I have not received the items (I had been told that nothing could be done until the 30 day delivery window had passed) they ignored requests for a full refund and have supposedly shipped the items out again - however it appears that there are only 2 of the four items in the order... and it will take 2 to 4 weeks for them to arrive. It is my opinion that they are waiting for me to get fed up and go away...

I ordered a wig online and and when i received it, it was nothing like advertised on website, so different that i thought scam straight away.
Both the texture and the length of the wig i got were completely different to what i wanted.
I wanted to make a review for the wig but i couldn't, i had to upload some you-tube video to it for some odd reason or i wouldn't be able to comment.
I tried like 5 times to fill in a ticket to get a full refund and try to solve my issues but the website was playing up and it wouldn't work, again i thought to myself scam, scam, scam.
Im still trying to and hopefully i can get a hang on someone to help me but other then that i wouldn't recommend this website to anyone, its so dodgy.
